I got estimates from a couple of other companies and Peak Roofing was the only company which had a detailed estimate and a prize which was reasonable. The estimator was very knowledgeable - I showed the problems, he took pictures and measurements. The initial proposal from Peak was pretty much perfect and the prize in the ball park. I asked to modify two line times slightly to add more detail and add one more line item. Also there was no delay, two guys showed up and it took them pretty much the number of hours as estimated. It was easy to work with the employees and they were approachable to answer a couple of questions. It was very easy to work Buster and I highly recommend this company.

It went wonderfully. The man came a week or two before to give an estimate. The worker showed up on time and was very professional. They cleaned up everything and did a great job.

We had a few estimates on a small roofing issue... Peak came out, took the time to explain what was going on. When the repair was finished, they went over everything with us again. Very professional and very thorough! I would definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased. I had been receiving quotes to replace five windows in the upper level of my house. Although the quotes were competitive, I was not very happy with what the other contractors were proposing in terms of quality and features. I was not looking for the cheapest windows, necessarily, but the best value. When Peak Roofing came out, I found the representative to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining my options. I opted for a complete replacement where the windows, sills, inside trim, outside trim, and shutters were replaced. This way, I was completely getting rid of the "junk" installation that came with the house and installing a high grade wood trim window that I felt will last the life of the house. The crew arrived punctually on the scheduled date and immediately went to work in a highly professional manner. Once I realized that the exterior trim was different from what I expected, I immediately called the office. They acknowledged the error and acted promptly in resolving the issue without any apparent impact on the overall work schedule. The performance of the new windows in terms of insulating quality and ease of use is a noticeable improvement. I am already considering replacing the remaining windows of my home because of this experience. In summary, I was completely satisfied with the work performed by Peak Roofing and would highly recommend their services to others.

Great company. James came out, found hail damage, walked me through the insurance claim, job was scheduled promptly and completed on time.

I spoke with two other roofers before deciding to go with Peak. Peak had the least expensive estimate, though I chose them for a combination of reasons - they seemed competent, the estimator actually went up on the roof to check things out, and they were good about returning my phone calls/emails. The estimator David was extremely patient and helpful with the volume of questions I had for him. I really appreciated the advice he had to offer. Scheduling was pretty easy/prompt, and the roofers showed up on time. I was not present while they were working, but my neighbor reported that they did things the "right way" - I'm a little unclear on what made him say that, but I think it had to do with proper installation of the ridge vent. Anyway, my neighbor knows this stuff better than I do, so I trust his opinion on the matter. I was called by Denise the day after installation to check in and make sure everything was ok. I thought this was a very nice touch. One thing that was particularly awesome was that they painted my chimney cap at no additional charge. One of the other estimators had pointed out that the cap was rusty and in need of repainting. I contacted Peak to find out what they would charge for it. They said they normally don't do exterior painting, but they said if I could have a can of spray paint handy, they would just take care of it while they were up there. One thing I am not quite sure how to rate is the cleanup. I'm aware that roofing is a messy business, and I did expect that I would find some debris. Never having hired a roofer, though, I don't know what's considered a reasonable amount of debris. I found a few pieces of the black paper on my window sill and in the neighbor's tree. I found a number of staples, especially on my back patio (though the weeds may have prevented better cleanup back there). What I didn't really expect was the little granules that covered my deck, though this may be perfectly normal. I swept off the deck myself, and that seemed to get most of it. It seemed like there might have been more that came off in the days/weeks that followed; or else I didn't get it all when I swept. I haven't seen any more lately, though. Also, I found a few paint spatters on my deck, which I wasn't too thrilled about...but hey, it was a free paint job, and the spatters are small and will wear off in no time. Overall, I'm quite pleased - my roof isn't leaking any more, and the roof is now properly draining into the gutter instead of dripping on my head.

Everything was on schedule and the roof looks excellent.

I would recommend Peak to my grandmother. They installed a great product, offer a great warranty, have good customer service, and do the right things. As with any construction project, incidental accidents and issues arose. Peak took care of my concerns with professionalism, and didn't try to deny fault or shirk their responsibilities. In the end I have a great looking roof for a fair price and a warranty I feel confident they will stand by.

The guys were great. They went over with me what they were going to do and when finished cleaned area. Job looks great.

Determined a few shingles coming loose and algae growing on north side of the roof. This is third time we have used Peak roofing. Their inspection of the roof this time did not result in any work for them as they do not spray for roof algae. The check of the roof did not result in us being charged. As we have always had good interaction with them (for the three times they have been here), we will use them when we have our next siding, gutter or roofing problem. First time (two years ago) Peak roofing changed out several rusting window trims up on the second floor and replaced/repaired a large section gutters. They did an excellent job. Same for the second time here (last year). They corrected several problems we were having with siding being pulled off during high winds. Again excellent work.

It went fine. They did a very good job. They were polite, did the owrk on time and did not leave a mess. We were very pleased.

They did a great job. Assessor (Buster) was on time, knowledgeable, personable, and willing to answer all of our questions. We received multiple estimates for the work and Peak's was the best price, made even better by their $50 off Angie's list coupon. Repairs were done quickly and without issue. Bonus: At our request they even took the extra time to write and provide an additional letter clarifying exactly what the issues were / were not - specifically we were in the process of selling our house and needed to provide a letter to the buyers explaining that the staining visible on the roof sheathing plywood was just staining, not any kind of structural issue. One minor nitpick: We were not home at the time of the repair and they had agreed to leave a copy of the invoice for us, but when we arrived home there was nothing there so we had to call to have the invoice emailed to us.

Cant say enough nice things about them. Every interaction with them, from the intial phone call, through the estimate, through the repairs, was personable and professional. They did great work. They did not try to sell me things I didn't need and gave me straightforward advice. I would definitely use them again.

We contacted Peak roofing regarding replacing our roof and all the windows in our home. James Shipe, the estimator, arrived on time, but was surprised to find out that we also wanted a windows replacement estimate. After inspecting the roof, he went back to his truck for awhile, and printed up an immediate estimate for our roof. It was, by far, the lowest estimate that we received. That is the good news. He then told us that he could not give us an estimate on the windows right then, and that he would get back to us on that estimate. On 7/25/13, a full week after the roof estimate, I sent James an email asking him about the windows estimate. Not long after, he called and told me that he didn't have the estimate, and that we would have to send someone else out to take measurements, etc., if we were serious about replacing our windows. At that point, I was pretty much done with Peak. If I cannot trust you to get me the estimates I need, how can I trust you with the actual work? I'm not sure how or why there was this miscommunication, but this dual project is nearly a $30K job, and they lost it because they dropped the ball on getting us the estimate we needed. It was pretty disappointing considering all their positive reviews I've read here, and I cannot speak to their work since we didn't even get that far along. They did, however, fail on our estimate process, so we went with a different contractor. That said, I would consider using them again in the future, and hope that the miscommunication was a one time event.

They came out and got it all done in one day. It was very convenient for me to have it done in one day. Communication was very easy.

Dodging the rainy weather, the reroof took 2 different days. Was handled professionally and quickly. Area cleanup was great.

These guys were the only ones that contacted me back after several calls to other siding companies. They gave a fair estimate, showed up on time. The siding matched perfectly to the existing siding. They cleaned up nicely. I would recommend them to anyone that wants siding repairs.

I called several companies before settling on Peak for my repair. Their price was competitive. The origninal repair of my roof occured in the late summer/fall of 2012. Exposed nails on the back slope were repaired. The flashing where my garage and house connect was also replaced. Following a heavy rain in May 2013, the leak near my garage and house connection reappeared. Peak personnel promptly returned (at no additional expense) to revaluate the repair. It was determined that the cricket needed to be replaced. This work was done promptly at no additional charge. Office personnel and repairmen have exhibited genuine concern in resolving my problem.

For both jobs the workers showed up on time as promised perfumed work promptly & as promised. Cleaned up all trashed & left work area near & clean.

They are a very professional company and good to work with. They are also very responsive and called me back with a quote quickly.
