First trip out identified, color of siding and provided estimate. Work was scheduled and completed in a timely fashion. They needed to use a different product than original as our vinyl is no longer available. Great match!

They clearly knew what they were doing and remained focused on task throughout the time they were here -- and that was less time than originally anticipated. They cleaned up all debris inside and out. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous gentlemen.

Peak was recommended to me from a friend who I trust and knows quite a bit about construction work since his dad does a lot of contracting work back home. He did quite a bit of research and found that Peak came highly recommended and even explained that they did a few things that most contractors don't do, but should and that he was very happy with the work they did on his house. My experience with them has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. When they explained that they are low pressure and committed to ensuring that I get everything that I request this was an understatement. Buster came over and explained what services they had and at no point tried to sell a specific item or insisted that something had to be purchased. He simply was interested in what job we wanted done on the house and provided all the types of services with approximations of what each would cost. He gave us the pros and cons of each product type and actually recommended, based on our needs and interest, that the siding we went with was the best choice and that it would not really be worthwhile to spend the extra money on the fancy siding since it was just that...fancy. I was pleased with the pricing and service that I asked if it would be possible to give us an itemized list of different projects that we could add onto the siding job, e.g., trim, gutters, fascia board, soffit, and windows...all of which I did since it was all affordable. He then explained the different type of products they provide and, again, the pros and cons of each. Again, there was no pressure and, unlike other sales representatives, he could has easily explained to have gone with PVC trim instead of wood and had us go with the more expensive product simply because he wanted more money. However, he did not do this. He told me that he would first need to take more exact measurements and that within 48 hours he would provide me a detailed list of each product type with their associated prices and allow me to pick and choose what products I wanted. In the end, I found that the pricing for all the extras were so affordable I went ahead and did my windows as well and decided to go with a more durable product (PVC) as opposed to wood due to how much my old trim was rotting. He was extremely helpful and quick to respond to different requests that I had and provided me the opportunity to get more exterior work done sooner and with better and more durable products. As for the actual construction, my experience was equally as good. Buddy was extremely friendly and informative and went above and beyond with what needed to be done. I explained that I had/have a yellow jacket problem and that the bee keeper explained that I had/have a nest inside my house and they were more than willing to work with me during the summer if the yellow jackets were still around, i.e. inspect the area where the yellow jackets were coming in and show me and if necessary expose the interior to see if the nest can be removed or provide the beekeeper better access to do his thing. Anyway, the professionalism, eye to detail, and willingness to make sure that I got everything that I needed was great. They were very accommodating to work around my schedule so that we can do the walk around together and to help identify anything that may have been missed...especially since the construction happened to land when we were getting hit with snow storms. Due to the various issues that I had with my house and original construction job they were determined to come out as many times as necessary to help resolve the issues that were found. Here, again, they demonstrated that they were not concerned with making money, but making sure that I was saving money while still getting quality service. They explained (as well as another contractor) that the shingles on my roof were not overhanging at the correct length and was the reason why water was going behind the gutters. They could have easily told me that a new roof was in order, but, instead, recommend a very simple and low price alternative and quickly resolved the issue and saved me thousands of dollars while extending the life of my roof. Their friendliness towards their customers was made evident by the fact that Buddy and I would spend time talking about random stuff, in addition to the construction job, while he visited to oversee the job or when he personally came out with a couple of other workers to add or modify a few things here and there. Overall I have been very pleased and satisfy with the quality of service, pricing, and customer service they have provided me and would recommend them to anyone. I have been so satisfied that I have already told them that they should expect a call from me in the near future to perform other jobs that I would like to get done around my house.

Not only was the scheduling staff friendly and easy to work with but they were really accommodating when I needed to re-schedule. David, the actual inspector who came to our home is very friendly and will explain everything he finds. This is a great company that we will definitely use to make repairs or replace our roof in the future. Would definitely recommend the $99 inspections service, it gives you a good idea of what your roof condition is and the $99 can be deducted from any recommended repair they end up making.

Crew was on time, very professional and helpful in understanding needed work. Did an amazing job replacing skylight and finishing trim work inside where skylight had been replaced.

We were selling our house and the home inspection went great. A week later we had a roof leak. I found Peak Roofing on Angie's list. We were under a huge time constraint due to the house closing in 3 weeks. David came out within a day to give an estimate. He took pictures of the damaged area of our roof. He explained everything in great detail and it was very helpful. Lisa called to schedule the repair and was able to get us on the schedule the end of week. Of course, there were snow storms forecasted for the day of the repair. I called in a panic to see if we could reschedule ASAP... and Lisa from Peak Roofing was already on top of everything. She had someone ready to go the day before the storm (which was the next day). Jason came out and fixed the roof. He took pictures of the completed work and did a great job. I can not say enough about the customer service of this company. Everyone was from the first moment I called to the last person I talked to was awesome. From the first call to schedule an estimate to the day of completion was maybe a week. I highly recommend this company.

I found them on Angie's List. It went well. There are no more holes. They were efficient, they were quick, and it was as advertised. The price could have been better.

Everything turned out well. They did a quality job for a fair price, cleaned up after themselves, and acted professionally at all times. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

I liked everything; they really had their act together. They had enough people on the job and had the material on the job site before they started. The people knew what they were doing on the roof and they had a foreman on site the whole time who was overseeing the whole thing. Their price was competitive for what they did.

They came out and gave me a bid which was much less than the other 2 bids I got (also top rated people from Angie's list). They were very cordial, professional and honest. They were punctual, did a good job (as far as I can tell so far) and I would highly recommend them.

I called Peak Roofing on Tuesday when we found water dripping into our family room, slow, small leak, but still a concern. Willie came out to the house within 3 hours and found where the leak was coming from. Our builder had not filled all the holes from the scaffolding. Unfortunately, he could not fix it because it was still raining a bit, but promised to be back as soon as he could. Since it was a relatively quick fix he would try to squeeze us in between jobs or would stop on his way home from work if it was still light out. I got a phone call the next day asking if it was ok to stop by and do the repair. Willie came out checked all the holes and filled them. He was very friendly and reassuring.

Everything was great except that we first contacted them in the middle of November and they did not come to actually do the job until mid January. Several appointments were cancelled due to weather or snow on the roof -- which of course was not their fault -- but rescheduling was not done in a timely manner. I got the feeling that each time we were cancelled we were put on the bottom of the list again. I need to add that we will not know how good a job was done until we have a windy driving rainstorm, which are the conditions under which the roof leaked in the past.

Bud and crew arrived promptly. They were friendly and clear as to what they were doing. Attic fan was in in less than 1/2 an hour. Roof was done before noon. Clean up was complete and fast.

The initials estimate provide was our first estimate - so we did not have anything to compare it too. The estimator (David?) explained to us what item to ask other estimators so we could compare "apples to apples" when looking at the estimates. He took the time to explain his estimate and compare materials / upgrades. We did not feel rushed through the estimate or that he was just "selling us a roof replacement". We continued to obtain additional estimates and when I had questions related to items on other estimates, I called our estimator and asked him about the differences. We obtained 5 estimates in total - PEAK was the best! When I compared all estimates - all of them were using the same materials, I could not justify why the other estimates were higher when all was done and said. We worked with Dawn in the office in scheduling the delivery of the materials - and she was fabulous. Everything was delivered on time and when they said it would be. On day of roof installation - the crew was punctual. The crew did a fabulous job - updated us on the progress and findings as the removed the original shingles. Upon completion of the installation - the crew had picked up after themselves and had cleaned up 99% of the roofing nails that had fallen into the bushes / grass areas (we know it isn't possible to get 100%). We are very pleased with the roof and installation - I would recommend this company to anyone who asked me about our roof replacement. Thanks PEAK!

We were extremely happy with the job.

I contacted Peak Roofing to get a quote for repairs after water damage from heavy rains in October were determined to be caused by improperly installed/missing flashing. This cedar shake roof was less than 3 years old and was replaced by what turned out to be a fly-by-night roofing operation (PDK Roofing). Once we realized the owner of that company was never going to return our calls or emails, we just wanted someone to fix it right. The three quotes I got for this ranged from ~$600 to $1,500. Peak was the highest but after reading over the quotes and reviews of the companies I was more comfortable paying the money to Peak to do the repairs. They scheduled me for the quote within a couple of days and I did not need to be home for that. I chose to be home when I scheduled the repairs and they got me in within about 2 weeks. The two-man crew showed up on time and got to work. I watched them for a while and the roofer obviously had experience on cedar shakes. He identified and went to work on the spot that was bad. It took about 2 hours to do all the repair work. They cleaned up before they left. I paid by credit card and they kindly gave me a military discount at the time of payment even though I forgot to ask for it at the time of the quote. In retrospect, I wish we had used Peak for the original roof replacement rather than the company we did. They did a great job with the repairs that were needed and a few days later it rained like crazy and there were no leaks to be found.

We had used their services previsouly to seal some leaking vents and to replace they ridgerow on the roof. They seem honest, prompt and fair.

They removed the old siding and put the exact same siding back on so it matched the rest of the house. They did a great job. They did the job for the same price they quoted me. They came and did the job once the siding came in that was ordered. I was really happy and I would recommend them to anybody. Their pricing is very competitive.

It was really good. They were really responsive and professional. We have used them twice. The scheduling is pretty easy. The roofers were really good. They got the repair done in one day. They have also fixed the seal around the dryer vent on top of the roof.

Peak Roofing changed the pipe collards for us. They did a good job to seal the leak.
