The provider showed up earlier than I had expected which was a good thing, he was very professional and very quick, he was done in about 45 minutes, even though they scheduled him for an hour. I saw him first hand, go up to the roof and remove the old damaged ridge vent and then I saw him take the new ridge vent and put it down and then put the shingles over it. Overall, great price and quality service. I would highly recommend them. It was a pleasure talking with Dawn to get the price quote and Sarah for scheduling the service. Overall, very happy with the work done.

My roof had not been replaced since I moved into my home in 1997. I selected Peak Roofing Contractors to perform the work after conducting a detailed competitive analysis of what I considered the top-4 roofing contractors in my area based on Angie's List, BBB, and neighbor recommendations. Peak Roofing was the overall superior contractor in the categories of customer ratings, certifications, basic services, materials, warranty, and price. The key factors that set Peak Roofing apart from the competition were the quality of materials and the fact that Peak Roofing, in cooperation with the materials manufacturer, were offering a generous discount (promotion) for military veterans. James, my sales rep, was courteous and responsive to my endless questions, not only before the sale but after. I visited their home office near closing time and spoke with an installer and an administrator. They stayed a few minutes after closing time to explain to me how the installation would work and showed me the actual materials they would install on my home. I was pleased to hear a consistent message from employees at all levels (not just the sales guy) - a commitment to excellent customer service! The installation itself was flawless. It took one day to install the roof and one day to replace all the gutters. I was concerned about possible damaged or rotten plywood on my roof but everything was in good shape. The contractor replaced every square inch of old shingles including minor outcroppings such as over my bay window and kitchen box window. The cleanup was complete and everything looked spotless. With significant rains over the course of the summer, we've had no leaks and no issues. Peak Roofing is a no-nonsense, customer-oriented company; courteous, responsive and fully committed to customer satisfaction. I would go with them again in a heartbeat!

This work was done in 2012, when I had leaks in those areas. They inspected the whole roof and informed me of the problems. I got a written estimate and the work was done on schedule. The owner himself showed up after the work was completed to answer some questions. They were very good at listening to my concerns and responding and explaining the work. I have not had any problems with those areas of my home since. I had a wonderful experience with them. They are reliable and responsive. Job very well done. I would highly recommend Peak Roofing. They did great work.

They're doing the roofing on two more of our houses this year. They have the best price and the best customer service. They're really well-organized. They know what they're doing. There's never an issue there. The last roof they worked on was on a Colonial home and was steep.

We were selling the house and had a ridiculous list of minor things to be done by a licensed roofer. The employees called to let me know they were running behind, but actually beat their window by 30 minutes. They listened to what I needed and immediately got to work. They were there just to estimate the job, but when they realized it was minor they just did the work. They even used my own materials to get the work done without wasting time on a return trip. It was late in the evening and I am sure they wanted to be home with their families, but they wanted to make a happy customer. Awesome company to do business with. Highly recommend.

Of the companies who provided estimates, Peak was the most professional, prompt and competitively priced. They dispatched a person to inspect the job within a few days of my call. He arrived at the designated time and provided the quote on-site. He did recommend other work that no else felt necessary, but was not at all hard sell about it. The price quoted was good and the expected availability consistent with others quoting the job. I will keep Peak on the list should future work be needed.

Peak Roofing Contractors were very professional from making the initial estimate appointment to the final sweep through after all of the work was done. They were punctual on all of the deadlines (giving the estimate, estimate on time frame the work can be done by, time they would show up that day and when they would finish). The estimate matched the final bill. They had to remove the railing that was on top of our Portico, take all the shingles off (including a lot of scraping of caulk...the previous contractor had caulked everywhere up there), replace some of the rotted plywood on the portico from water damage, remove some of the siding to put in a piece so it would drain out and not towards the house, attach the rubber mat, seal everything thing off, put the railings back on and clean everything up. After the work was done, Jason made sure to take time to speak with me to explain all of the work and ask if I had any questions. Very happy with the entire process.

They did a great job. We got a couple of estimates and their price was about the same as the others. The estimator was polite, careful, made useful recommendations and came to inspect the work after the job was done. They cleaned up at the end. We'd recommend them and would use them again.

The owner, Buddy Riggleman came out and found the holes and did the repair. He was very pleasant and professional and did the job in just a few hours. I've used Peak before because the are recommended on Angie's list and will always use them again.

I called and someone answered I notified the woman that I wanted to set up an appointment for an estimate. The woman said that she would notify the office so that someone who would call be back. I don't know if they use some sort of answering service, but whomever handles their calls either needs training or needs to be replaced. Due to the lack of response, I didn't even bother to call back.

The roofers were here early and finished before the estimated time. Very happy with the quality of workmanship.

I used Peak for a full roof replacement a in 2012 & was happy with their work & pricing. When we discovered a hole at the roof line with missing piece of siding, called them to take a look and provide an estimate for repair. They were able to send someone to take a look within a couple of days (there was snow pending or they actually might have scheduled it sooner). They arrived when scheduled and provided an estimate. I signed contract & provided half down at that time and was told that the office would call me to schedule a time for the work. Two days later, after hearing nothing from them, I was concerned I might have misunderstood so called the office, was told that the scheduler was out, so the other women in the office were working through the orders & would call later that day to schedule. They did call later that same day to schedule work. Work was completed on schedule.

Peak Roofing did an excellent job on our roof repair. The estimate was very detailed and they provided us photos of the damaged areas. Due to the inclement weather, we had to reschedule more than a few times, but their scheduling department always called a day in advance to reschedule (can't go up on roofs with SNOW on them :-). The day of the repair, Danny arrived promptly, completed the work and cleaned up. I highly recommend them. Excellent customer service and follow-through!

Contacted Peak Roofing on 3/28/2014 via Angie's List message. On 03/31/2014 I got a message from them saying they would call. By 4/1/2014 I hadn't heard from them so called another roofer on Angie's List and messaged Peak Roofing again. On 4/2 we finally got a phone call and we had chosen to go with the other roofer. I was notified by Dawn that Sarah had called and left a message which did not show up on my phone so I think the number was wrong. Long story short, I would try Peak Roofing again if the need arose. They are very professional and quick with their response. I am sure they called as they stated but we did not receive the call. I chose Peak Roofing based on all the wonderful reviews they got. My husband was in a hurry to get the shingles replaced therefore wanted someone else called. My fault for not calling them in the first place. Thanks Peak Roofing for your professionalism!

The team at Peak Roofing proved to be extremely professional and flexible. In preparing to sell my townhouse, I found the outgoing tenant had melted some of the siding. Unfortunately, I had a very short time frame to make this fix with a house inspection about to occur later in the week. The scheduling team at Peak told me they'd review their schedule and see if they could fit me in, understanding that I had a tight, unmovable deadline. In the end, they moved the work up a whole week and completed the siding work well ahead of the inspection. The quality of the work was great and the technician was very friendly and professional. Peak will be the only roofing company I use moving forward. They have my highest recommendation.
