Roofing Services: new roof and gutter guards (started: 6/19/2015 completed: 7/9/2015) We found Peak online and didn't know anything about them. After reading the social media reviews I decided to have them come out and give us an estimate for a new roof. A roofing sales rep named James came out and he was very knowledgeable on their products and services. After listening to my concerns about my current roof, he was very thorough in explaining the products, options, and their process. Contract signed on 6/19 and the work was scheduled and completed on 7/9 started promptly afterward. Mike, the roofing foreman and his crew arrived on time and ready to start on the morning of the job they were finished that afternoon and it looked great! While they were removing the old shingles off roof I was surprised by the amount of debris everywhere. I had nothing to be concerned though, as they actually left my yard cleaner that it was before they got there. Not a single nail or piece of shingle found yet! I usually always keep very thoroughly detailed notes on any contracting work I have completed on my home. The roofing crew was in and out so fast, the above review pretty much sums it up. Our bay window had started to rot in places and we decided to have it clad rather than replace with wood or a non-wood product. The window area gets a lot of weather and water and sun. Non-wood products tend to expand and contract in weather and with the bay being three sided we knew the places where the sides met would be potential areas for water entrance. Wood would do the same thing as we were now dealing with, even though the bay had been regularly painted and caulked. Cladding was our choice. Peak used excellent material, did a neat and thorough job and cleaned up well. It was a difficult area to work in as the bay was surrounded by landscaping. While there were places where the caulk got on the bushes, it was not a big issue. Before doing the cladding, the rotted wood was removed and new wood put in. The bay has not leaked and looks very nice. We are pleased with the low maintenance. How does cladding do over the long term? From our research it is generally a good choice for situations like ours. We can let you know in 10 years or so how it goes. The second project was to take care of a gutter issue where it did not drain in one area and the roof runoff did not hit the gutter in another area. Again, the materials were top quality, the issues were fixed, the clean up etc. was very good. The questions we had along the way were answered. We have had several VERY heavy rains since and the gutters have done very well. Even the dripping in the corners long after a rain has stopped.

The shutters they installed were unpainted shutters and I was able to pick them up before the job was scheduled and paint them prior to the shutters being installed. Because the person who was coming out to do the work, job over ran the office called to ask if it would alright to reschedule for the next. The company representative to do the work showed up and continued to work until the job was completed. A piece of Garage Door Installation Trim that I had to be cut and install was cut a little short and the owner of the company went out and got a replacement pick at no additional cost. The next day I received a follow-up call to ensure that everything was completed to my satisfaction.

I cannot say enough good things about Peak Roofing in Manassas, Virginia. From the first phone call, to the estimator who came to my home, to the hand holding about my concerns over bad weather, the roofers and their supervisor, and the followup phone calls to me after the job was completed, every single employee was professional, courteous and very customer-service oriented--something that is getting to be uncommon these days. Their price was good and I am very happy with my new roof and the entire experience with Peak Roofing.

We have been dealing with a leak in our wall for a year now. We have carved unsightly chunks out of our drywall ourselves on the inside in a desperate attempt to figure out where the leak was coming in. We had several different folks come around all with different ideas. The original window installer (Advanced Windows and Doors) came back to look at the windows and found no water leaking in. He even showed me that the channels were dry after some rain. So we focused on the wall itself. We had one guy go up on the roof but he found nothing. The window guy then suggested the only solution was to remove all the siding from the back of the house, redo the Tyvek and put all new siding up - a cool $3000. Needless to say we wanted another opinion. We had another company charge us $350 to take the siding off around the small window below the big one as we thought that might be the cultprit and re-tape and flash (turns out the leak was not around this window at all). They then quoted $1100 to come out with pump jacks and 2 guys to do the same to the window above. We asked a few questions about this and they promptly decided they didn't want to do this job after all, letting us down badly. We were truly left in the lurch. Happily, Peak Roofing came riding on to the scene on their white chargers! They have been amazing. They promised to get to the bottom of the leak problem and would not give up on us. That meant a lot! They stuck with the problem even though at first they did not succeed. They made 3 visits with different professionals to try different things. Finally they narrowed it to the window itself (after all!) after digging down to the board under the Tyvek and seeing no evidence of water damage at all and doing a water test on the window and actively making it leak. They caulked all around the area that they believe is leaking. We are still not absolutely sure this has worked (we are still waiting for a heavy enough rain to test it!) After one lighter rain it did not leak. Another thing, they did not immediately say "Oh, you need a new window" but were willing to try caulking first and see if it works for NO extra charge. My husband and I appreciated this so much as money is tight right now and a new enormous window is not in our budget. We are keeping our fingers crossed for a good outcome. In any case, I would recommend these folks for their "can do" attitude and not giving up on a pesky leak which can be very debilitating. All in all a very positive experience and I have become a Peak Roofing customer for life and will recommend them to everyone who will listen!

Peak Roofing matched my siding better than the insurance company and did an outstanding job replacing the siding. I would definitely call on them again and recommend them to anyone who needs to have their siding replaced.

This was a one and one-half day job. They showed up around 7am, and promptly set tarps all around the house, then began removing the old shingles. Of course, a few pieces of plywood had to be replaced when the shingle removal showed how much they had rotted. I'm glad I was blissfully ignorant of the rot above my head! I watched as the workers laid the new shingles; I am in awe of their speed and evident competency. After completing the peak ridge vents, they blew off the roof debris onto the tarp, gathered up nails with a rolling magnet, picked up trash around the house, and they were gone. Those workers were no-nonsense and highly efficient, and excellent representatives of Peak Roofing.

We have been using Peak for the last several years to do repairs to our aging roof, knowing that we would need a replacement soon. Unfortunately we found a leak in August and got two quotes, one from Peak and the other from another reputable, recommended company. The quotes were very close and since we already were familiar with Peak, we went with them. We were able to take advantage of the one year free financing they offered through a local bank, which was helpful. We didn't get scheduled until the end of September but we told them we were concerned about the leak so they put us on a cancellation list. Luckily, we got our new roof a week later. We have a pretty large roof and they thought it might take 1.5 days to do the work but they were able to get it all done in one (very long for the workers) day. They did a great job and worked hard to make sure everything was clean before they left. We went with a slightly different color than what we had before and the new roof looks amazing! The difference the new HD shingles makes is huge and we've received several compliments from neighbors about our new roof. I don't have any complaints about the whole experience and we will sleep well this winter when the wind gusts knowing that our roof is now sound.

The company was great to deal with. The team arrived right on time the day of installation and worked all day. I'm not sure if they even took a break. The yard was clean...no lingering debris and they finished in just one day. I received three estimates and Peak was the best price and highest quality materials. They also had the best warranty -- along with the manufacturers warranty the company will also come out once a year for the next 10 years to inspect the roof. Everyone I dealt with including James the salesman, Buddy the project lead, as well as the office staff were great to deal with. I highly recommend Peak Roofing.

They were as honest as can be. They did not hurt any plants or shrubs. They are prompt.

Peak Roofing did an excellent job. Buddy is knowledgeable and is a good communicator, and he was flexible as he listened to my needs and created a solution to my roof ventilation problem. The price was very reasonable. His crew that installed the soffits were skilled, professional, and friendly. I usually don't have very good luck with contractors, but this is the second job that Peak Roofing did for me and I'm happy to say that both jobs went really well. Top notch experience!

Everything went great. They fixed the damaged gutters, and their installation of snow guards on the standing seams of my metal roof has kept snow in place as it melts, as opposed to snow sliding down and damaging gutters. Everyone at Peak Roofing was great to communicate with, and the price of the job was quite fair. I highly recommend Peak Roofing.

Everyone at Peak was wonderful. They arrived as scheduled to evaluate for the estimate. Their estimate included performing more of the things we wanted to do (as opposed to other quotes we got) and was the lowest. Robin answered a million of my questions with patience and cheer. They showed up on time to do the work, were meticulous with their clean-up and best of all--the work looks absolutely fabulous! Everyone was friendly, professional, and hard-working. The installation of the new roof and windows went went very well and I was very pleased with the results. Both the quality of the work and the professionalism of all the people who were involved were top notch. Honesty and integrity are important qualities I look for in a company and this company possesses both of these. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peak Roofers to anyone looking for a roofing company! Great company!

Bud came out and provided an estimate, they were recommended by my local general contractor (also a neighbor) who said they could fix my specific issue and did good work. They were scheduled for May 4th but called on May 1st to see if they could come out earlier - happy to do so since painters were coming on May 4th. They installed the new siding pieces, sprayed all areas for ants and sealed the gaps with pretty white trim (husband had tried with gray caulk - so ugly!). The work was professional, quality and done quickly. My front porch now looks so much better and cleaner - great work! Would use them again for siding issues.

Work was performed very quickly and thoroughly. Supervisor sought our continued input. Work area was cleaned up well. Everything went according to plan. Office staff was very helpful in choosing shingles and paint color. Highly recommend.

I've used Peak in the past for roof repairs. My neighbor had their entire roof repaired by Peak. When it's time for my roof to be completely repaired I will use Peak. The ownership (Buddy and Dawn) are friendly, down to earth, and pleasant to work with. I had a small challenge with Peak the day of the work, but Peak's team (including Sarah) went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. That's just plan outstanding customer service, and I really appreciate that from them. If you have roofing needs, call Peak. You won't be disappointed.
