This is a company run by a husband and wife. The bulkhead, lighting, bay window seat, overhead and range hood work went well generally. While the countertops were installed well, during the process of installation they cut things over my exposed lower cabinets which covered everything inside with sawdust. (I would have emptied them if it was requested.) They also needed to cut part of an existing ceramic tile backsplash to fit the countertop backsplash in place and they did not contain the dust to the work area by putting barriers in the doorways. The dust went throughout my home. (I came home to find all the doors and windows in my house open to try and clear the air.) The custom cabinets were unacceptable. There were numerous measuring errors in the upper cabinets, for example, the microwave extended beyond the front edge of the finished cabinet. The upper cabinets were constructed as bookcases which sat on top of the countertop as opposed to the hanging cabinets. This minimized the usable counter space. Many of the finished edges were ragged and the cabinetmaker had caulked all the inside seams to try and cover the torn edges. They admitted this was the first time the cabinetmaker had worked with the material we wanted. They also had to cut the cabinets shorter on the bottom to fit them into the space they were made for. After several days, they offered to provide a housecleaner but could not secure one due to the holiday rush. At first, they said they would "do whatever it takes to make this right." but in the end they refunded our money for the cabinets, waived a balance due of $590 in lieu of hiring a cleaner, and left us to find our own solutions. They are not licensed.
