They were very Punctual. They covered their shoes and cleaned up after themselves.

They did a good job. He was on time and explained what needed to be done. The job was a little pricey probably could have gotten it done for a lower price if I wasn't in such a hurry.

Michael Brown is a pro, extremely courteous and sincere. He did excellent work, cleaned up afterward and was very personable and just an all around great experience. Kitchen faucet looks great!

Friendly and fast

Excellent in all respects! I was very pleased! Michael was competent, polite and capable. He repaired my master bathroom toilet and it is working well. I would use him again for plumbing services.

Michael responded to my home in order to fix a leaking water line in the master bathroom. He was able to repair the leak quickly and at a good price. While he was there, I also hired him to replace the pressure reducing valve. I was very impressed by the customer service that was provided. Michael called me promptly after I requested an appointment through Home Advisor, and then called me again the morning of the appointment. He was prompt, professional, and obviously skilled in his work. He kept me informed of his progress and explained things in a clear and concise manner. I also had questions about my water heater, and he was very helpful in answering my questions. I would definitely do business with Michael and L.E. Brown's Home Improvement in the future.

Michael came to our home looking professional and seems to take pride with his work. That became truer as we discussed the problem and how he described the solutions to me. He wanted to fix the problem as quickly but properly and reasonably-priced. He made sure that all aspects of his work were well explained to me. I believe he did this to avoid any "he's taking me for a ride" side thoughts. His pricing matrix is very clear and reasonable. I can say from this experience that Michael is a PRO and he takes pride with what he does. I will call Michael or L.E. Brown for any plumbing, heating/cooling problems in my home from now on. Five stars!

Great experience. They are reasonably priced and did a thorough job. Nice guy, very courteous and cares about the customer. We had a few odd jobs and a whole home pH neutralizer/filter installed. Bottom line-It i€™s a family owned business, putting the customer first, and care about their reputation.

He was quick, efficient, and very reasonable - less than half what we were quoted by a national chain. He did the work right away, explained everything and was very knowledgeable about old houses.

Had a great experience. Put in a request to HA on Saturday evening and received a call within an hour. Set up the appointment for the next day which was Sunday. He showed up on time and wanted to check all my plumbing. He may have been trying to up-sell but to me that is just doing a good job. I appreciated having a professional check over everything and he taught me some things to be on the look out for in the future. After looking over everything we agreed to fair price and he proceeded. For the amount of time he spent with travel, setting up the appointment, inspecting the house, and performing the repair I thought his hourly rate was very fair and the craftsmanship was top notch.

Mr Brown called when he said he would and showed up on time. Explained everything he had to do. We will use them again.
