We are happy with this work and will likely hire him again to replace our hot water heater. The only issue we had was the job cost considerably more than we expected. It was partly our fault we had him install a PRV, and did not get an "estimate" up front. Had we known the cost we would have pushed that repair to another day.

Michael contacted me right away, and we setup an appointment to repair a leaking spigot. He called ahead to let me know that he would be running late because another job took longer than expected. The repairs were done well and for a reasonable price.

Michael was very helpful. He called right after I placed the inquiry on home advisor, even though it was later in the evening, to make sure it wasn't an emergency. The job took longer than anticipated but he did a great job and explained everything. The price he charged was fair and reasonable.

I received a call within 15 minutes of my home advisors' request and he came within the hour. He replaced the shower head, increased the temperature of the shower and changed the lever on two toilets. Efficient and professional.

Although the plumbing installation was small, the job was done quickly and professionally with no problems. Michael may be a newer independent contractor but has a long history of experience. I recommend LE Brown with absolutely no reservations.
