+ -1 moreThey said they would have to come back again and check for leaks. They came back a week later and found that it wasn't leaking. They didn't know what to do at that point because it still wasn't working properly. They were supposed to come back again and never came back. They were also supposed to come back with a new filter and never did so.
Description of Work: They checked out my HVAC unit and found that is was 3 lbs low on free-on 22.

+ -1 moreThe repairman stated the problem was a part, and that the coils looked very clean. When it came time for an estimate, they wanted to charge $1,200 to replace the coils. They would not provide a breakdown of costs for me to submit to my homeowner's warranty company, so that I could get reimbursed for some or all of it. I felt that I was not treated very respectfully and would never recommend them.
Description of Work: The air conditioner would stop working at various times and freeze. It took the (same) repairman five trips before he could diagnose the problem.
