Tim came to my home within an hour of my request for an estimate. He was very professional and respectful of my time. Because he had asked for photos, he had everything he needed for this job on the truck when he arrived. He completed the job quickly and charged a very fair price for his time and skill. My dog approved of him too!

Tim, the owner, came out and did the work himself. I was sure I would need a new garage door, but he was so awesome and was able to repair my existing one in less than an hour. He was friendly, professional and prepared with all the right parts! He was GREAT!

Tim Turner, owner, was amazing! He responded very quickly (same day), was very thorough with explanations, took the time to make small adjustments, made sure all was working perfectly once repairs were completed, and addressed needs in addition to the main repair (oiling parts, replacing a broken hinge) ... all for an unbelievably reasonable price (at least 1/2 of what I would have expected to pay)!

I recently had my garage door replaced, and selected Elite because of their quick response to my request. I spoke to Debbie to discuss the project and she immediately referred my call to Tim (Owner). From that moment on, my concerns were quickly addressed, I was promptly scheduled on a day and time convenient for me. Tim and his assistant (Ken), installed the door and made other adjustments to ensure my door was properly situated. This is the type of company I would be willing to use over and over again without hesitation. Each individual was courteous, professional and a delight to deal with. Thank you for a job well done!

They were very professional some of the material that came with my door Opener was not heavy duty enough and the tech had some in his truck and there was no extra charge for something like that to take place nowadays I commend them

I hardly ever hire people to work on my house. I'm a die-hard DIYer. Garage door springs can be dangerous, so I didn't want to do it myself. Worked everything out upfront via text messages. I sent some pictures and got back a firm price before they even came out to the house. They measured, and then returned to replace the springs the next day. They would have done the whole thing in a day, but it wasn't necessary in this case. The two installers were great. It took about 30 minutes to replace the two springs. Highest praise for this company. If I ever need new garage doors, I will use them.

They were the only company that asked for details before providing a quote to replace my broken garage door spring. They also offered multiple options (single spring, double spring, high cycle spring) at different price points. Mr Turner was able to make an appointment for the same day and was able to fix the broken spring that afternoon. He also checked the door for other potential problems, and pointed out a problem that he thought may need attention at a later date. Overall, very prompt, efficient and professional.

I needed a custom size door and wanted custom order color and trim. I knew it would take more time and cost a bit more but he was able to stay within my budget. Very pleased with the door.
