Mr. Minor (Melvin) came to our home and did an excellent job removing all of the grass from the area between our stone patio pavers, and then he proceeded to fill in those cracks with a sealant to prevent any further growth of grass & weeds in the patio area. He also applied a protective coating over the patio. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. The patio looks great now--better than new! We are definitely pleased with his work. Melvin did excellent work building a 5x11 concrete pad for my two HVAC units. The HVAC installers complemented the quality of the concrete pad.

Our experience with George was top-notch. He was professional and maintained excellent communication with us throughout the project. He was able to identify the problem and fix it, something two previous contractors were not able to accomplish. I would definitely recommend this company to others as he will be the first one I call for future projects.

To begin, Melvin Minor of Minor Concrete Works is a true gentlemen. His work ethics are top notch. He is a perfectionist and is detail oriented. I would most certainly hire Melvin again should I have need of concrete work.

Great experience, George came out for the estimate and after agreeing to everything came out and started a concrete pad with pavers on top. Everything looks great and I would not hesitate to have him do another job for me.

Worked hard since George was alone. Gave a great product. Was very agreeable and listened to my few suggestions. Overall, very satisfactory!

Made an appointment with George for him to come to our property to evaluate our project and bid it this evening. After waiting nearly an hour after our appointment had passed, I called George. When he answered the call, I asked him if he was on his way. He responded that it was raining where he was and decided not to come to the appointment NO CALL OR TEXT to let us know he would not be coming. Just was not going to show up apparently. Then he asked me what my schedule was next week. I said I would have to call him next week but I generally do not do business with people who do not show up or call. Then he got angry and said *Yeah well I was not interested anyway!* And he hung up. Then he immediately texted me the following, *Do not bother calling me, You probably could not afford me anyway*. This man does not know me nor have we ever met, but this demonstration of his customer service skills should give anyone considering his services serious pause. I can only infer the quality of his actual work from this experience. Beware! I am filing a formal complaint with Home Advisor about George and his company.

George and his crew were professional, prompt, and did more than what we expected. We would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of concrete work.

Everything you would want in a repair experience. Quick and reasonable estimate, follow up visit before beginning the job, efficient and high quality execution of the task, topped with a friendly and pleasant staff. This was not a major project, loose bricks on steps and patio. Even so, we were treated as valued customers and would not hesitate to use them again. Oh, and they did the work for hundreds less than the first estimate we got!
