+ -1 moreThese guys were great! They provided a lot of support while I was deciding exactly what I wanted done. They started by telling me where I could look at similar work they'd done in the past. Once I found a color and a pattern I liked, they showed up right on time and did a great job, building exactly what I wanted. They were especially creative getting the concrete under and around existing wood stairs coming off the deck. I would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: Stamped concrete patio and steps, two retaining walls, and a brushed concrete parking pad.

Description of Work: I contacted this company because my neighbor reccommended them to me, after they repaired and resurfaced her concrete patio. | |My initial contact was in early April....at that time i was told they were 4-6 weeks out before they would be able to do any work for me but the owner would contact me and set a date to look at my patio and give possible solutions and estimates. There were 2 emails between the receptionist and me to narrow down my concerns for the owner yet no other offers to come out and meet with me. | | Last week i recontacted the company again to ask if they were planning on setting up my meeting as it had been 8 weeks since my initial contact. ( i assumed it would be my turn by now) | |At that time I was give an appointment for the owner to come out in 7 days and meet with me. Guess what!!!!! He never showed!!!!! I called and left messages at the work number as well as his cell number that morning. It has been 3 days..... No return call... No nothing!!!!!! I believe in second chances and am aware that unexpected emergencies happen so..... |I would love to have the opportunity to change my review but that is up to them. Maybe they will call now that this review is posted.

stamped concrete
+ -1 moreThe original work was great. However, The stamped concrete requires regular resealing and this is where my rub is with the company. Their responsiveness sucks! I have called Allen Sams repeatedly for the last year to re-seal my patio because the job he did 2 years ago did not take and I was left with a dull ugly slab of concrete. In fact, his lack of responsiveness caused my neighbor to go with a stone paver installation as opposed to the stamped concrete. I have also repeatedly asked for ways to seal spider cracks in the concrete but have never received a response. If Mr. Sams will get his act together I will gladly change my opinion of his company.
Description of Work: Provided a number of jobs to include the installation of a stamped concrete patio, A slab for a shed and concrete access to the shed.
