Nathan arrived on time. He provided detailed options for constructing two french drains, indicating why he would/wouldn't use particular materials and methods of construction. He provided many alternatives, and was thorough in explaining the advantages/disadvantages of each. He also provided several options for a concrete patio; one smaller option, and one larger. He patiently worked with my wife and I to find a design which would meet our needs and budget. He had many good ideas, and for each idea that we didn't like, he had a good alternative. In the end, we elected to use another contractor because at the time, Nathan was scheduling work about 2 - 3 weeks out. Had that not been the case, we would have elected to use his services.
