Description of Work: We have a service contract with them on our heating and cooling. I swear everytime they come they find a 1500 $ issue. We have to use them again because of the contract. I think they have a scam going!

Description of Work: I have a geothermal system and the tech who comes out is very knowledgeable. I have a service contract so they come out twice a year to check it. If something needs to be done, they give you a written, detailed estimate of the total cost so there are no surprises. They are always very punctual and call when the tech is on the way. The people in the office are very nice.

Description of Work: Received 2 calls One at 7:50am inquiring if I wanted to change my appointment (2nd inquiry). Then received a call that they could not make an appointed time. I explained my dissatisfaction and they were very willing to reschedule for time that was convenient for me. The technician was extremely competent and apologetic about my concerns.
