They were very knowledgeable, explained everything carefully in great detail, and came promptly because of a gas leak. I would recommend them highly for any kind of water heater problem.

WT was great! Diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and fixed the issue of water pressure. Went an extra step and took samples of water. Great to have an experienced friendly person come out on a Friday afternoon which was less than 24 hours from my call.

I want to comment on excellent work by techs David MacClary, Preston Shaw, Brett Allard, Seth Andres, and Justin Fox. Outstanding team effort on my full HVAC replacement. Superb customer service and excellent technician install. Theses guys set the bar high. Thank you for job well done.

Kevin Johnson came by and provided excellent electrical technician service after a GFI outlet failed, was replaced, and still did not function. His calm demeanor, clear communication, and expertise were immensely helpful in successfully resolving the issue and ensuring that the repair was successful after all the outlets were reinstalled.

The service that Zack Weaver and Justin Fox provided when they installed my new furnace was fantastic. The attitude and willingness to answer my questions are what you are looking for when such a major addition to your home is happening. I have been in the people business for over 30 years and these professional rank in the top 5% when it comes to service. Job well done.

Our electrical circuit breaker would not reset. Omar asked me about the situation that occurred and then went directly to the problem. Pressure tank for my well ruptured. Appleton Campbell literally responded in a minute or 2, and within 2 hours someone came out to give me a quote and said that this could be fixed by 2 pm. I hired them and sure enough everything was done very quickly and I had water again! Price was a little higher than I expected but it was definitely worth it due to the professionalism of the crew they sent to do the work. I would definitely hire Appleton Campbell again!

Although they came to the home, ee didn't need a plumber for this job.

Jerry is the professional who came to our home and fixed the AC. He is courteous and friendly ; answered every question. We were presented with many options and explanations... For me that's very important👍 The work was done quickly and well. Thank you Appleton Campbell and thank you Home Advisor !

The three guys that came were very friendly, did a good job and cleaned up after they were done.

The tech came in and installed plumbing underneath our kitchen sink. Once that was done we had someone else come in and cut a new hole in our existing granite countertop in order to accommodate a new larger sink. Once that was done, Appleton's tech came back and re-hooked everything up for us. He was courteous and prompt. We had a wonderful experience with him.
