John Andrews and his entire crew always acted in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner. They arrived when they said they would and performed the work in a quality manner. Where John was concerned and wanted to ensure the quality of the work was done properly he would do the work himself. He wanted to make sure that the cuts and angles were correct on the railings up the stairs to the front porch met his expectations, so he did that job himself. Before accepting final payment for the work, he requested we inspect the work ourselves at our own speed. We had some questions about one portion of the job, and John came out and inspected the work and did additional work and requested we re-inspect and approve the work before he processed the final payment. There is no doubt that I will call AndrewZ to schedule our next work. I will be calling John to help us design our walk-out basement remodel in the future.

the process was very smooth. WE called and asked advice on the project we were thinking. Andrewz made several suggestions and we decided on a list of items we needed them to complete. They provided a price that we agreed upon and we scheduled the work. All was completed in a timely fashion and we felt comfortable to have them in our home even when we were not there.

The owner of Andrewz was prompt and professional from start to finish. We are very happy with the quality of workmanship and with his willingness to listen to our design ideas and concerns. His crew was trustworthy and polite, worked long, hard days and cleaned up after themselves daily. We would hire them again for any big job that we cannot tackle ourselves.

What I liked most about this company is the professionalism and follow through. The estimate was very detailed and arrived when promised. When I asked to remove some services from the estimate they were quick to revise and send back out. Repairs were scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. The crew showed up first thing in the morning and got right to work. Once completed they took extra care to ensure everything was picked up and the work was to my satisfaction. I had no complaints.

It went very well. We were (are) very pleased. We would recommend Andrewz to others.

We got two estimates. They were very thorough and very professional. The estimate was very detailed.

I like the fact that they always do what they say they are going to do. They have always been very honest and prompt. They are the kind of company that if I'm not home, they can have the key to the house and come in. I would definitely recommend them, I have recommended them to many friends.

The experience using AndrewZ Home Improvement was wonderful. We cannot say enough good things about this company. They were efficient, professional and created a cozy new home for us. The work was excellent and no detail was overlooked. I would also like to mention that we obtained a rehab loan and the bank was difficult to deal with (to say the least), and through the entire process, AndrewZ was patient with us and the bank in waiting to get paid in draws AFTER the work was completed. They completed the job in a timely manner and even beat their deadline for us to move in. John, the owner of AndrewZ, added many wonderful extras tailored to our families wishes. He even added a special "hidden door" in the front closet linking to my son's bedroom because my son wanted that area to remain open. He added beautiful columns to our basement (going above and beyond what we expected). We asked them to leave our storage area unfinished in the basement and John wanted this area to be nicer so he took it upon himself to paint the unfinished concrete for us so we had a nice place to put all of our storage items. They cut custom sized trim to match the interior trim that had originally been with the job. All of our windows and doors were custom because the openings were from the original house. Many people continue to comment on our gorgeous windows and trim surrounding them. The added luxury of tile and granite were made affordable and recommended for longevity by AndrewZ and we are so thankful we took his advice. We highly recommend using AndrewZ Home Improvement for any of your remodel needs! Communication was professional and they were always quick to call us with any questions or concerns. Our home is more beautiful then we could have ever imagined possible. Thank you AndrewZ Home Improvement! Smoothly & timely.

John came out and gave a thorough inspection.That night he emailed me the quote and scope of repair. He was able to schedule my job for the following week. In an industry filled with inexperienced experts and broken promises. We were fortunate to find John. He was extremely trustworthy, organized and clean. By the way, we did get another bid and he was 10% less (price) but I know we got a lot more value by going with Andrewz Home Improvement I would highly recommend.

The visit for the estimation went well and they seemed professional and capable. He assured us of their experience and gave us references and answered questions about damage to the lawn and colors confidently. Written response was a little delayed and we had to call to find out when they would come to do the work. Initial work with the prep and forms was excellent. When the concrete was put down, there was NO color. A call to them resulted in them telling us it sometimes took a few days for the colors to come out. Nothing...not a lick of color. When we finally were able to get him to come out and see it himself, he clearly knew it was not right. Afterward he commented that the color was not guaranteed but he would contact his concrete guy to see what they could do. The concrete subcontractor came back out and removed the sealant and then sprayed some color on while we were not home even though we asked to present. It looked terrible; uneven and splotchy at best. Another call and more statements about the color not being guaranteed. After some back and forth and missed appointments and the contractor asking us to call the subcontractor, the subcontractor came out and agreed to strip it all off and re-accomplish. They did so but it is adequate at best. They missed appointments we made so that my wife could be home. She is self-employed and this hurt her business when she took time away only to have no one show up. The contractor has repeatedly referred to the contract clause about not being guaranteed. He is correct because buried in the contract clauses giving them clearance for anything that goes wrong, it says they are not responsible; not mentioned at the initial visit and not highlighted or discussed at contract signing. Shame on us and lesson learned. He refuses to address the missed appointments and says there is no room left in his budget to adjust the price. He threatened in an email to take action to collect payment and will not discuss the issues.

WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND ON SCHEDULE. PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND I WOULD USE AGAIN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
