Your Maid

Purchased a day of cleaning from Groupon. Had a date to be used by, but my husband went on hospice and was unable to use it while he was at home. After he passed away I asked if they would allow me to use it even if the date was passed. They said they would give me a $20 discount on a full day of cleaning although I had paid the $75 to Groupon. I asked if they would at least let me use the $75 and they said $20 take it or leave it. Asked again if they would reconsiderand treat this as a special case, they repeated $20. I chose NOT to use them, with their could care less attitude I did not want them in my house. I did contact Groupon and they credited my account.

Comparatively speaking from the other services I have used their cleaning was adequate. They are a green company. They are franchise owned. The man who did work in my house was very nice. He was very good and quick. I had a big budget and the gentleman who worked with me gave me a discount. However, I gave back the discount he gave me as a tip because I appreciated his work a lot.

Showed up on time. 2 people. Only stayed 1 hr 15 minutes, my house is not large but it'about 2000 sq feet. Did not do a good job. Very superficial cleaning. Vacuumed, dusted but not not dust anything low or high...have a sofa table with 2 shelves, didn't get anything other than the top, didn't dust anything above eye level, didn't move anything to dust under it. Didn't clean bathrooms well at all, kitchen just the same. I could have done what they did by myself in the same amount of time and saved myself a lot of money. Feel like I was ripped off for sure on this one. Would not recommend.

missed several areas, just quick cleaning

There was two of them and just about all they did was feather dusting and vacuum. They cleaned up the kitchen and bathroom, but they didn't act like they wanted to work very hard. They showed up on time, but I would not recommend them.
