+ -1 moreMy gas hot water heater leaked out all over the floor. I called Josh immediately, but it was after 5 and the warehouse was closed. He picked up a tank and came out the next day with his nephew. It took a little longer than I would expect, but Josh was training his nephew and I told them I didn't mind if he did some of the work for the experience.They did an excellent job and left the area clear of debris. My husband and I have used Wynne Plumbing for over 30 years. Kai and his son Josh have always been friendly, punctual and professional. I wouldn't use anyone else!
Description of Work: They replaced a gas hot water heater, along with some of the gas fittings, and hauled away the old one.

Description of Work: Repaired a refrigeration leak in the line servicing the ice maker. He also replaced a filter for the cold water service in the kitchen. He encouraged me to have our Linnai hot water system serviced once a year and I have asked him to do this when it is convenient to his schedule.

He came quickly and fixed the connection (after I completely destroyed it trying to fix it). In addition, he installed a new sink faucet and disposal for our kitchen a week later. I would definitely hire Wynne Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs. A++

The 2man crew, with Josh Wynne taking the lead ,were the consummate sub contractors: efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. This was the 5th time I have used Wynne plumbing on 2 different homes. And for these reasons stated above, I will continue to use them in the future as well as recommend them to all my friends.

The first company, The Plumbing and Drain Company told me I could call them early Saturday morning and spoke with their office personnel they said they would be able to do it that day. When their tech called me he said he could not that day plus he was very short and abrupt with me over the phone. So I decided to contact someone else and ended up call Wynne Plumbing and frankly I am glad it went that way. They told me they could come out Monday and have it installed that afternoon. True to what I was told they came out and installed a new hot water heater and expansion tank. The technician and his helper were both very polite. The technician explained the process to me in a way that I could understand. I felt very much at ease with them. They cleaned up after themselves. They carted away the old water heater and expansion tank. All in all they did a great job and the price was competitive with what I had researched. I will certainly call them in the future for my plumbing needs and have no reservation at all about recommending them to family and friends.

+ -1 moreWe have used Wynne Plumbing for nearly 20 years, and both Kai Wynne and Josh Wynne have always provided excellent service for a reasonable price. It's true that they sometimes have trouble making it when they are tied up with rental house servicing, but they have always been prompt and helpful in emergencies, even when it was extremely inconvenient for them! Very highly recommended.

+ -1 moreOverall the work and relationship with Mr. Wynne was a very good experience. I will hire him again next month to replace a kitchen faucet and fix an under counter leak.
Description of Work: Mr. Wynne arrived at my house on time. He asked me to describe the problem with my plumbing. I explained what I thought was the problem. (a leak in my upstairs bath tub drain.) Mr. Wynne began checking for evidence of a leak and quickly discovered that the leak was in my downstairs ceiling. He cut a hole in the plaster downstairs and found the leaking pipe. A 20" section of drain pipe had a crack in it. Mr. Wynne made the hole to the leak larger so that he had enough space to remove old pipe and install new pipe. The whole job took about 2 and one half hours. I then hired a professional plasterer to repair my ceiling and paint the damaged area.

Description of Work: I live in a condo and came home to find my water heater, located on the second floor above my kitchen, had bit the dust. By the time I found it, hundreds of gallons of water soaked through the wall, kitchen ceiling, soffit and cabinets. On top of that, the shut off valve for the water heater was stripped and would not shut the supply off. I called a friend who recommended Wynne Plumbing; I called their number and it was answered by Josh Wynne. He was able to be at my home within an hour and helped to get the water shut off and the situation stabilized. He was able to start the next morning at 8 to put the new water heater in and worked along with his father (Kai) to get it done and cleaned up in about 2 hours. They cleaned up everything, and checked the kitchen area to ensure there were no pending drywall disasters. I went on to work and when I came home was freaked out to find water still dripping over the kitchen sink, from the ceiling. I called them back and Kai Wynne came right over. He checked the water heater, which was dry; he then cut holes in the kitchen ceiling to ensure that there were no leaking pipes. He was able to determine that the saturated drywall was causing the drips, and sure enough it stopped later on that night. I could not have been more pleased with the prompt service, professionalism and cleanliness of their services. Kai also provided me with a good referral for the ceiling and wall repair, which turned out to be another positive experience.
