 + -1 moretoo many crazy details to go into, bottom line, bad contractor and definately would not recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: horribly unreliable with no documentation of charges, seems very nice, but look out...i learned a huge lesson, gave him money up front, like an idiot and he never completed his work. ended up getting so frustrated with his excuses that had to hire other people and pay them for work he was supposed to do.
