Contractor Chris and I went to Lowes to choose the posts I wanted and he recommended the best posts for the job... PVC posts which will prevent/end rot in the future. The posts required no painting but could be painted if wanted. Chris worked efficiently and had no problems or issues placing the posts. I noticed he did not place the mounting plate at the top of the posts - stating that they were not needed because they fit, he sealed them with caulk. I kept the mounting posts just in case of an issue. If the posts should fail I will recontact the contractor. He cleaned up afterwards and I am pleased with the way this job went. Very professional. Cost only includes labor.

I have contacted him a couple of times; I have called him and text-ed him and he just doesn't get it scheduled. I am constantly having to track him down to try and get it schedule.

I purchased a Big Deal via Angies list. I called the vendor and two men came to my home, saw the work I wanted done and scheduled a date to come and complete the work. The day before they were to perform the work one of the gentlemen called and said the second man was not available but possibly would be in a few days or the following week. Three weeks went by before I had to call him for him to tell me he was going to Ikea to see if he could buy what I was looking for. It was then I said that it seemed like they weren?t able to do the work they AGREED to, and that I would like a refund. It was then that he told me to call Angie?s list, which I did. The vendors response said that "furniture building" was not in the scope of their work. The description of their company says "carpentry." What I wanted in terms of "furniture" comes down to a white rectangular box that can be sat on for under my window. If you list "carpentry" as your skill, this should not be an issue. In addition, TWO men from the company physically came to my home and saw what I wanted. UPDATE: Wolak did work diligently to attempt to recoup my funds from Angie's list. They agreed I should be refunded and also weren't aware of the 30 day refund policy. Although Angie's List forced my hand to reuse the funds for another deal, Wolak did attempt to get me my refund and for that I am grateful.

They responded to my inquiry quickly, scheduled the work when I was ready to start, and finished on time. Any issues that came up where handled without a problem. The end result was good and I am happy. Some of the detail work such as the painting and finishing of the bottom corner of the walls were just average. I would probably higher a professional painter next time to do the finish work. Nit-picks aside, the end result for me was a very positive experience. They guys were polite, they showed up when the said they would, and they complete the job. I had an issue after with the washer bib and they came right over and fixed it for me. I will call them again when I am ready for another home project. Trust worthy, and that is hard to find in South Florida.

The contractor was very nice but seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with responses to the big deal. Additionally he had staff issues. We believe he really wanted to do the work but we just couldn't wait any more.

All went well work done professionally and within a reasonable amount of time.

Our communication was excellent, provider kept in contact with me and I with him. The owner was understanding about my needed cancellation since I was unable to use his services after all.

He seemed to not be interested in the job after he came out and took a look at what I needed done. He said he would call me to schedule and never did. I just requested a refund on the deal.

I purchased a deal for 3 hours of drywall repair. I was called within a couple days for initial estimate on how long would take. There was slight confusion on which day service would be, but we got it figured out quickly. On the day of service they were on time, timely, and did everything we had discussed. They did a great job, we would definately call them again if we needed and would recommend them without reservation.

We liked what he did but he over charged us. It was very expensive. My husband was not at home but I saw everything was alright then I thought he talked to my husband before so I paid. We were very upset. I felt really stupid for paying him. He was very on time and polite. He was respectful and he did a good job. The bathroom tile was good but what we didn't like was the price. I will not refer him. We really hate it. He knew he was overcharging us.

Let me preface this review by stating that this company is super professional, cordial and talented. After reading their reviews, I made up my mind that Wolak Interiors LLC would definitely meet my need to upgrade a section of my kitchen. Mark returned my initial call right away. We made an appointment for Chris to come to do an estimate between 10 and 12 on June 7th. Chris arrived at 10:30, presented the company business card and proceeded to observe the things I needed done in my kitchen. He said Mark would email the estimate for the labor (I would purchase the items I needed) and I received it June 8th. The estimate was nicely UNDER my budget. When I called on June 19th and advised Mark that I had received all my items, he immediately made an appointment to do the work on Monday, June 23d at 9 a.m. Mark and Chris arrived right on time. My house was built in 1957 and most likely had the original compression valves which needed to be replaced. Everything they installed, two compression valves, two base cabinets, new sink, faucet, countertop and backsplash, was done to perfection and in a cheerful manner. I am a nut for things being level and plumb. These are the guys for the job. They even got my slow-filling toilet to work right; and that was not even on the menu. My whole kitchen looks new now and exceeded my expectations. This entire experience was a breath of fresh air in a time where a lot of contractors just don't give a hoot. I will definitely call them for my next project, the kitchen floor!

Everything went well. I had quite a bit more work than the 3-hours I had purchased. The employee showed up promptly when scheduled and planned to stay as long as it would take to get the job done. The price I was given in the "deal" I had purchased was extended to the time beyond the coupon. The worker was polite and courteous. The work met all of my expectations.

Mark and Chris showed up right on time and were able to fix the issues right on the spot. It was a small issue but made a huge difference. Thank you!!

Great. Mark was professional and his guys got the job done and done well. The price was very good and everything went well.

They came out and did work for me that was unsatisfactory. They only have the one person that does the type of work I require. The owner is very nice and responsive, but he doesn’t do the work. I had a pocket door that didn’t work, and the tech didn’t have the right hardware. I left for work and when I returned, the door still wasn’t fixed.

The initial experience was very good. However, One door had problems, the material came off the door. I called and they said they were going to come out that weekend. No one came or called. I called and was told that there was a family emergency and they would be here 8/15, again no one came and no one called. I have since left a voice mail and sent an email. No response. Maybe they will respond to you.

I was very pleased with their "we can fix that" attitude. I am using their company now to ref-finish my wood front door and garage door and they are searching for a cabana door for me for my exterior pool bath.

Good communication. Good price. Explained what he needed from me and was very "solution oriented" not trying to tell me what he can't do. I always appreciate direct communication.

It took a while to make contact with the company. The owner was very nice. I would use them again, but you need to be flexible with your scheduling. The worker was nice, but we had problems with scheduling and they still have not finished the job. The cleanup has been fine.

They did pretty good. It was a ten day job. They did good work and styed in budget.

They came out when they said they would. They were very nice but we decided not to use them.

I had a good experience with Wolak Interiors LLC. Their prices are good.

They were on-time and professional. It look great. Scheduling took a couple weeks as they were pretty booked but there was no rush for the work to be done. I would certainly use their services again.

Did some prep work for painting

Mark came to my house as plan .We talked about the paint job and some minor plastering the job is sschedule for May 12th & 13th I will let you know how thing went after the woork is done.
