Description of Work: Installed ceiling fan. The installation went okay but they expected that there was an existing fan in the location and all they needed to do was replace it. This was not my case as a new wire had to be run and a mounting bracket had to be added, all of which took time and added to the overall cost.

Description of Work: Mr. Wolak who owns the company was very professional, the staff did an amazing job putting down 660 sq. feet of tile, Mr. Worlak did not charge me extra to put down plywood to level my floor heights and it was a lot of extra work for them, I would use this company again in a heart beat. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced Sheetrock after flooding. Very professional.

Description of Work: The provider agreed to repair rotten wood on a french door, including some trim at the bottom of the glass. After the initial visit to look at the job, the provider did not communicate on a timely basis. It became my responsibility to call or text with reminders. After over 3 weeks from the initial visit, a worker came to start the repair, but only did a portion of the agreed upon work and did not clean up the work site. After 10 days, I called the provider to ask when the remainder of the work would be completed. I was told they could not find a suitable replacement for the trim at Lowes or Home Depot so I would have to find someone else to do that portion of the job. Also, the provider didn't realize the other portion of the job wasn't complete; someone eventually came out later to complete that portion of the job. Overall, the communication was poor and not timely. It look a lot of effort on my part with texts, phone calls, etc. for just a small job that the provider was unable to complete.

Description of Work: Great price. Took only about 2 hours so material was included. Just some basic patch jobs. Would be hard to get anyone else there for under $100

Description of Work: I had them replace some wood panels on my deck which he did a good job. But then I needed a gate on my fence fixed which meant also changing the wood panels. I was charged an extra $150. He in turned bought and used the cheapest wood he could buy and the gate was not fixed properly. I had to hire someone else to redo the job.

Description of Work: I had taken the week off from work to repaint a bedroom in my house, but quickly realized that the plaster damage was beyond the scope of what I could repair myself. I emailed Mark on Tuesday afternoon to see if by chance he could send someone over while I was off work. He called me within 2 minutes and said he could have someone there on Friday morning. On that day he had some trouble with a truck, but he said the plasterer could come on Sunday morning. Josh came and took care of all the repairs in 2 hours on Sunday morning as promised. He did an excellent job and even repaired a few extra little spots while he was there. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself and was polite and professional throughout.

Description of Work: Replaced small section of rotted eave soffit. Work was completed satisfactorily, but getting the work scheduled was difficult. It appeared the job was too small for him to actually schedule so he finally fit it in, after 3 or 4 phone calls, for one of his workmen to do at the end of a work day.
