The company came out and re-stained the front of the house. The service went great. They were on time, polite and professional.

One workman initially showed up to do the framing and a second workman came a little later to assist with the installation of the garage shelf. Both projects went well. Before scheduling the work, Mr. Wolak stopped by to assess the work requested and time needed for completion. And although we had to reschedule once due to Mr. Wolak work load, he called me well in advance to advise me of the rescheduling and worked with me to find an amenable day.
Description of Work: For the price of an Angie's coupon, I had the workmen frame in a door that I wanted removed and covered. They simple constructed the frame for future drywall work. And in the garage, I had them install a large (8'x 4') ceiling-hung Safe Rack storage shelf.

Consult Mark showed up at my condo and took notes on the work I wanted to have done. Going through the house, I would mention items that needed to be caulked, holes in the walls that needed to be filled, old paint that needed to be scraped off, etc. He took notes on the items I was pointing out and he agreed that all of these things can be done by his guys without a problem. He also assured me that at least 2 coats would be put on every wall/ceiling I was having painted. A couple days later, he sent me an email with prices totaling out to around $915. We decided to go forward with hiring him/his workers. Day 1 One worker shower up (on time) and had everything ready to go. He started with the downstairs half bathroom. A short time later, another worker showed up and started on the upstairs master bathroom. Everything was going smoothly for the first day. There was some arguing between the two workers in my home which I found somewhat unprofessional, but didn?t mind as much as long as the job was done right. After the two gentlemen had left for the day, we checked the work they had done. There was discoloration on the ceiling and on the walls. There were clear borders on the walls where they had cut in and we could clearly see that the ceiling only got one coat of paint (we could still see the old paint that had gotten on the ceiling from the former homeowners). They had missed areas around the mirrors and windows and we could still see the old paint. There was a bit of trash left on the floors and the bathroom sinks had paint spots in them where they had cleaned their brushes. There was also some paint drips left on the floors and counters. The holes, caulking, and old paint that needed to be scraped I discussed with Mark when he came for the consult were not fixed. Apparently, I needed to bring these up to the workers myself to have them fixed; well then what was the point of discussing them with Mark and having him take notes on it? I called Mark about my concerns and he said he?d be over the following morning to address these issues before any painting was done. Day 2 The same worker showed up on time the next day. He set up his painting area and started painting. Mark never showed up or called; I had to call him and at that point I was livid. I called him and he said he was sick and apologized for not calling or showing up to my home to address the issues I had. He said he?d send another worker of his to come out and address the issues. He also called the worker in our home and had him stop until the other gentleman arrived. This whole situation made it very awkward for us and could have been prevented if Mark showed up or at least called the worker to address the situation before he arrived at our home to start painting for the day. The guy that Mark was sending arrived and we discussed our concerns and disappointment in the work that was being done. He said he would work with the other gentleman to fix these issues and perform some of the work himself. We agreed to let him help us and allowed them to paint the rest of the day. We left for a couple hours and returned to find out that Mark had shown up and left us chocolates (which I do not eat), a gift card (that did not have any money on it), and an apology note. I felt that he should have called to inform us he was coming, not show up unannounced with the chance that we may not be home. After the workers wrapped up and left for the day, we again inspected their work. The same issues arose as in Day 1. Being highly frustrated, we called Mark to fire him. However, he was very apologetic and persistent on fixing the work. As he continued, he went on to say that he thought there was something wrong with the paint. I explained that I bought the paint from Sherwin Williams (where he buys paint for jobs) and was confused that ALL of my paint that I purchased could be ?damaged?. Being so incredibly frustrated with him, I told him I did not want anyone back for a little while and I would call him the following week if I wanted him to fix it. The Following Week I called Mark Monday or Tuesday the following week and agreed that I would allow him to send someone to come fix it. He told me he would be sending the same gentleman he sent to help with our issues on Day 2. I agreed and informed him I did not want the other gentleman returning as I did not like his work. He agreed and we scheduled times to fix the job. Day 3 The young man (that came to help with our issues on Day 2) showed up late and started working. He seemed to stay as late as he wanted without telling us a timeline of when he would be coming/going. After the day wrapped up, we inspected his work and agreed it was much better than the work done by the other gentleman. Day 4 The same guy showed up but this time he was even later (around 10 a.m.) He again painted throughout the day and left whenever he felt like it which began to be frustrating. Mark also showed up again (unannounced) while we were not home to inspect the job. It seemed very convenient that he would always come over when we weren?t home. He didn?t leave us anything this time but the worker informed us that he had come by. Day 5 Being that the work still wasn?t finished, and that Mark decided to put this young man on another job come the following Monday, this guy had to work on a Saturday which I?m sure wasn?t only an inconvenience to him but an inconvenience to us. I found it incredibly rude and irritating that Mark decided to do this without consulting us and knowing that the job wasn?t complete. The young man showed up late again on Saturday and started working. He painted throughout the day and we ended up having to tell him to leave because it was getting so late. He said he would have to return the following week in the evenings (due to him being on a new job) to finish everything up. Frustrated, we agreed and he left. We inspected his work and the cut-in job was terrible between the tops of the walls and the ceilings (in the master bedroom). We called Mark (very angry and upset) and told him that we longer needed his services as we were not pleased with the work or how long it was taking. He apologized and agreed to call it quits on the job. He said I did not have to pay for the work but I said I would pay a portion ($700) of the original $915 estimate. I told him I?d leave a check in my door and he can pick it up that evening or the next day, he agreed he?d be by around those times to get it. I left the check in my door for days and he finally came to pick up the check about 3 days after we spoke. The following week, my dad (a general contractor) came over to fix the problems that this professional painting company couldn?t even manage. This company is the most unorganized, mismanaged, and discourteous companies I?ve ever hired. I do not blame the workers for the majority of my frustrations, I blame Mark. He is irresponsible, rude, and should not be running a business as such. He is lacking the one thing you need to run a business well and that is customer service. I will NEVER hire them nor will I recommend them to others. I will do the opposite and tell people NOT to hire them. My experience with Mark and his company was terrible and I do not wish this experience (and waste of money) on anyone.
Description of Work: Over a course of 2-3 weeks, workers painted the following: Half bath - ceiling and walls. Guest bedroom - just walls. Guest bath - ceiling and walls. Master bedroom - ceiling and walls. Master bath - ceiling and walls. Workers also did some touch-up drywall work and caulking.

Mark did a makeover of my parents' 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath 1916 house to ready it for sale after they had lived in it for 42 years. There was more work to be done in there than we ever imagined. Mark's quote was the third one that we obtained and it was extremely reasonable compared to the others -- in fact it was so low that I asked him to go over it to make sure it was correct, which it was. Mark was very responsive to all of our needs throughout the project. He kept us informed of all surprises that came up during the work and provided a quote for the additional work promptly. He was extremely easy to work with on changes that we wanted to make as the work progressed, and he and his crew always sought our input when there were decisions to be made. The contract was started on time; however, it took quite a bit longer than anticipated to finish due to the surprises that we encountered and the changes and additional work that we requested. Mark's crew was always there when he said they would be, they were always courteous, and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. They all went out of their way to make us happy, and even did some small extra jobs at no charge while they were there. The final bill came in only 10% higher than the original quote, which was very reasonable given the amount of changes and additions that were made during the process. I would recommend Mark and his crew to anyone who has a multifaceted job to do, particularly where price is a major concern. He is very focused on meeting the customer's needs and making sure they are satisfied.

I have used this provider number of years ago and when I purchased my new investment I contacted them immediately as I knew they are very busy. We started preparations early and purchased all materials ahead of time. Mr Wolak is very professional and courteous as always. He helped me with all details, answered all my questions and even helped with purchasing materials. Yet again I was very happy to have Wolak Interiors work on my project. We have renovated a master bathroom, painted walls throughout the house, replaced some doors. They have installed wood flooring in dining and living room and did some small repairs in the kitchen. We also added a small deck in the back. There has been a number of other small repairs that they took care of for me. I was very satisfied with entire crew, they were mostly on time, which considering traffic was very good, always answered my questions, were very clean and very polite. I especially enjoyed working with Val and Paul, although everyone was great.I am planning on using them again in the future. Keep up the awesome work. Thanks.,

Mark was here when he said he would be here and took time to walk through my list of tasks I needed accomplished. We had a slight miscommunication regarding the work when I got the estimate, but it was immediately corrected His guys showed up promptly; kept the house as clean as possible given the scope of the work; and cleaned up after themselves. Mark personally inspected the work to ensure my satisfaction. Even though it was a smaller job, I believe I was treated the same as if I had a major remodel or install. i have already recommended him to two people and would definitely use Wolack Interiors again.

The installer, Joe Fogel, did a very good job. However because of all the follow-ups I had to do with the owner and work I wound up doing behind the installer I would not recommend this company. I contacted Mr Wolak via email explaining I had one of his Angie List coupons and wanted him to stop by and look at the job and give me an estimate for the job, He called the next day and setup a date to come out. He did not show up on the scheduled date or call me. The day after that date I called him and he told me it wasn't on his calendar? We rescheduled and he did show up on time. he reviewed the job and asked me what materials I was going to provide. I told him I wanted him to provide the underlayment hardee board and the mastic glue for the tiles. He told me he would email me the estimate to buy and install the hardee board, and provide the mastic for the tile. I waited 3 days for the estimate then emailed and called Mr Wolak. He did not answer so my wife emailed him. He finally called and said it would cost $150. I said okay, he told me he would call Tuesday evening to confirm the installer would be out the following day. Tuesday evening and came and went with no phonecall. I called on Wed and he told me the installer would be there on Thurs, and to remember for me to get the 8 sheets of hardee board. I asked him he was suppose to provide the board and what did the $150 estimate cover? He told me the labor, I said okay he he told me he would get the hardee board. The next morning the installer arrived at 10 AM with the board but no mastic glue. I explained he was suppose to provide it and he said he wasn't told that? So I went off to Home Depot while he installed the hardee board and got the mastic glue. The next day when he was done he asked if I was going to grade the job on Angie's Lista good grade on Angie's List. I explained I was pleased with his work but felt I got the run around from Mr Wolak. He explained he was busy and also sick. The next day after the I eexplained I felt gave several other excuses. grout dried I inspected the job and found a number of tile edges which where terraccota color exposed and not covered by the grout. I emailed Mr Wolak and told him I wanted the installer to come back and regret. He answered immediately and said he would arrange it. Today the istaller came back and regretted. covering all the terracta edges. He explained the grout needed to dry about 4 hours before being sponged/cleaned. I said okay and he left. Four hours later I spent an hour cleaning the grout residue off the tiles. Enough grout had been applied to the seams to cover the terracota edges, but I wound up doing work that should have been part of a professional job. Because of everything I went through with this job - I Would Not Recommend Wolak Interiors LLC.

The installer, Joe Fogel, did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the work that needed to be performed. Based on my experiences with Mark - i.e. lack of follow-up, not showing up for appointments, not providing the materials we agreed to, and his quote not including everything we agreed to I cannot recommend him and would not do business with him again. There were just too many screw ups and things left up in the air for me to take care to get the job completed.

Overall, the project was completed in a timely fashion and to our satisaction. I had a plan from Home Depot which served as the "blueprint" for the project and the kitchen layout was completed as we had envisioned. Since we live two hours away from Virginia Beach and I could not check the progress of the work on a regular basis, this meant that Mr. Wolack and we (my husband and I) had to communicate via phone and e-mail. This worked well for the most part. I only had a few things that I felt could have been improved: 1. Although Mr. Wolack was instructed to make sure his workers did not park in the reserved spaces in the front lot of our condo building, they did not follow that instruction, and I was informed by my neighbor that the contractors were parking in those reserved spots. 2. Because there was a great deal of sanding in the original kitchen to repair the walls where the old cabinets were removed and some sawing was done in the unit, the site was very dusty. Although requested, I don't think plastic was hung across openings where there are no doors to prevent the dust from going into other rooms. 3. There are some smudges on the new cabinetry that I've been unable to remove and one section of the crown molding at the top of the cabinets is not secure. 4. The stove and dishwasher were not working when we tried to use them after the renovation. However, my husband was able to determine and correct the issue with each (stove was left unplugged; electrical lines to the dishwasher were left unconnected behind a plate in the space where it was installed in the original kitchen). These issues are largely minor and did not impact the quality of the job. In fact, I haven't even contacted Mr. Wolack about #3 above because it has nothing to do with the functionality of the kitchen. And, Mark noticed we had not included an electrical outlet (other than the hidden ones for the microwave and oven) as part of our remodel. He contacted me to find out if we did want an outlet for additional appliances and determined where the best place would be for that outlet. We're just glad to have this project done and we're really enjoying our new kitchen.
Description of Work: We transformed the dining room of our condo unit into our kitchen. The original kitchen was located on the opposite side of one of the dining room walls. We did not change the footprint of our current floor plan. Instead we had the plumbing and electrical from the original kitchen moved to the opposite side of the adjoining wall. Mark Wolack and his plumber and electrician completed the transfer for us and installed the kitchen cabintry and reinstalled the existing appliances. We reused the stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Wolack Contractors installed a new microwave/vent hood over the stove. They removed the old cabinetry from the original kitchen and made sure the walls were repaired and left "paint ready". He installed new baseboards where the base cabinets had been - these were also primed. The old kitchen space is now being used as a storage/laundry room.

Mark is great. Mark used two other people chris and can't remember the other mans name as this was a while ago. I did have a couple of issues such as the tile not cut the way I wanted it and orange rust looking stuff around the caulk area and the bathtub keeps creaking when someone is in it which is very loud and I figured it was the tub bought from lowes but I found out it was because one of marks people did not bother putting mud underneath the tub so it could crack and flood at any moment. I have been trying to get it rectified for the last YEAR and I keep getting emails telling me soon; at this rate it will crack and flood and it will be litigation. For the tub flood damage and everything else my insurance will take the to court for. Its a shame as mark seemed to respond initially.

I was not totally satisfied with Wolak Interior LLC. I had to have some of their work redone because it wasn't done right and stuff like that. When they tell you a certain amount of time, they don't always get done what you want them to get done. Then you still have stuff that needs to be done. So, you have to get them back and be on their list. I liked the guy that did it. He was a very nice man. He put the doors up. He spent time painting the doors first, to get them painted. But then he put them up and I guess he ran out of time. They had to be taken down because they didn't shut. They had to be taken down and the door had to be sawed off a little bit. Then they had to be fixed up and put back up. My brother has had to re-do the work that Wolak had done. The inspectors came out and I found out then it was not up to par with the inspectors. I should have called them back and say, "Hey, you guys have to come fix this." But when you're trying to move out of a house, everything else is so stressful and you have to work all the time, you just don't get time to do that. I was just so exhausted. I did get sick and everything too. He did do a very nice job on my desk, I have to say that. They did do that. They didn't get finished with the painting too, so I had to finish that. I decided that I wanted my bathroom done. They did the tiling and put the sink and everything all back together.

We had a complete gut job and remodel on our master bathroom. From the appt. for the estimate with Mark to the completion of the job Mark and his crew were awesome! This was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. They were always on time and communication was exceptional. The crew we worked with were so easy to work with, they listened to what we wanted and helped us make good choices with their professional knowledge. They did great work and were so professional while doing it. Our completion date was off a few days to a mistake with our vanity order through a local big box store. So I would suggest making sure you have what you need on site so you don't slow the guys down. Though Mark and his crew were very understanding I felt bad in delaying them as they were right on task with the date Mark set for us. I truly wish we had found them years ago when we began our home remodel room by room. We had Val and Paul do most of our work and they were a pleasure to have in the house. They came and went in a respectful manner and kept me up on the work being done day to day. Mark called and came by to check on the progress and was not the typical invisible contractor, he really kept up on things and made sure we were happy. We cannot say enough good things about this business. We would definitely use them again for any job and have faith that it would be a great job. They will not leave until you are happy and satisfied with the finished product. Thanks guys!

I would never hire this company again unless Mark had a new crew. The first couple of days, I thought I had Curley, Larry and Mo in my house. Some of the finished work was shabby more in the attention to detail. Shower door was crooked; Tile not even all the way around shower enclosure. I was told don't worry, the grout will hide it. The plumbing was a nightmare. I could not imagine what this team would have hid had I not been home to watch what they were doing. The bottom line, I should have hired the first guy who came in and gave me an estimate. If this is the kind of screening Angies List gets you, get a new way to find reliable contractors.
Description of Work: Two days wasted on poor plumbing. Finally had to get a real plumber in to do the job his guys could not get right. I spent close to $100 dollars in new copper and water line and fittings for the work his crew screwed up. I then had to special order new Tub deck mount shutoff valves that were damaged while his team overheated them trying to solder in copper lines. They should have been removed for safe purposes. Showered tile not the best, shower door first put on crooked, now fixed. Job looks rushed in some area's. I will probably be the only one that can see unless I pointed them out. Overall, the job came out nice. His guys need to pay more attention to detail rather than trying to get something done same day. Mark was very professional and polite. I was disappointed that he never came over to do a final inspection when he thought the job was complete but I had to inform him that there were at least 5 more things to be done, again attention to detail. Job not 110 percent complete yet so I will update this if necessary. What really disappoints me the most is the fact that I paid to use this Angie's service in the hopes that I was weeding out any unknowns.

Over all pleased with the work. Workers on time and pleasant and helpful. Only real issue I had was clean up which was almost none existent. Screws from the old storm door along with an exposed razor blade left on the porch. Bit's and pieces of the replacement material we provided lefts in various spots around the yard - apparently where ever they had been cutting them. Rotten wood removed from windows left, with exposed nails, on top of a stack of fencing I had on the side of the house. I had to do their cleanup. But the work we asked for was done and done well in a relatively timely fashion.
Description of Work: Rehung a fence gate and storm door, replaced rotten wood in windows and porch posts.

The tearout was done on the day scheduled and work proceeded nicely the first few days. I had purchased the tile, light fixture, vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet and bath hardware on my own and had it staged at the house. The tile was ordered through Prosource and Wolak picked it up - for some reason, too much tile was ordered in one area and one piece was shy for the decorative eye level trim that had to be reordered. That did slow up the process some but Paul did all the tile work except that piece and installed it when it came in. ProSource's policy is not very customer friendly as they will not accept full box refunds even with a restocking fee. Another words, since I paid for it - it was mine to keep. Wolak did make a small adjustment on the bill but it would have been better if I had purchased the tile at Lowes or Home Depot and been able to recoop a fairly substantial amount. For that reason, I would not use ProSource again. Paul, the lead mechanic does quite well in many different trade areas so he is an asset to the company. Owner,Mark Wolak also very personable and responsive. The bathroom looks very nice and was renovated to make the most of the small space we had. All that is needed now are the glass panels and door for the shower area and quotes are in the process now. I think the renovation was a very good value and I would use Wolak again -
Description of Work: Removed all existing bath fixtures (tub) vanity and toilet- removed small wall - rerouted plumbing for a relocated shower, sheetrocked and finished the walls, installed proper wall material for tile floor and walls- painted , installed new vanity, toilet and light fixture and shower heads, etc, also reframed the door and installed a new door and bathroom hardware.

Mr. Wolak was a pleasure to deal with; he was professional, courtesous and extremely helpful regarding his suggestions for the project. The workers showed up on time every day and cleaned up after themselves. Not only did they perform the agreed upon tasks (framing the concrete wall, insulating, cutting a doorway and dry walling); they also skim coated the entire room and fixed a rather large crack in my closet ceiling. The estimate given to me by Mr. Wolak for the work, was exaclty what I paid upon completion of the job ($1,499). This was a special he had previously been running on Angie's list and he allowed me to use the promotion price. He estimated $300-$400 for materials and the final cost was $400.00. I explained to Mr. Wolak that I needed to have this job done in phases due to finances; and would be saving money to move on to step two as soon as possible. He had no problem with this arrangement. Step one now completed, I will begin saving for phase two (installin heating/air conditioning and a window). I have every intention of using Mr. Wolak and Wolak Interiors, LLC for phase two of my project and for any other issues that may come up regarding repairs to my home. I would recommend his company to anyone in a heart beat. It was a very stress-free pleasant experience and I am looking forward to working with Mr. Wolack again in what I hope to be is the very near future.
Description of Work: I discovered a wall-off room in my house, it had no insulation, no walls, no electricity, etc. Mr. Wolak and Wolak Interiors, framed off the wall (along a concrete wall), insulated, installed drywall, skim coated and provided electricity through his electrician Casey Mingo

(Read the follow-up comments below for full detail) Mark Wolak came out and met me for the estimate, on time and very professional. I thought he was over estimating the amount of time it would take to complete the job, but he seemed reasonable, so I gave him the benefit. We set a date and time and one of his workers arrived 5 minutes early on the day we agreed on. Eddie was very polite and set to work immediately. He took his time and seemed to be doing a good job. We paid for 8 hours labor, and Eddie finished the job in just under 7 hours and he was out the door. I walked through with him at the end and pointed out that he missed every bottom corner, in every window casing and wall corner. He said he didn't have a brush small enough to get that part and apologized. I provided him with the right brush and we walked through the job fixing all the missed spots. There were a few spots of paint on the door, and on the towel rack, but not too messy. I couldn't find the light fixtures or bulbs for the bathroom, so I called him and he again apologized for not putting them back up and told me he stuck them in the bedroom closet. Over all it was not a bad job and the painter was pleasant.....but bottom line, it was no better than I could do my self, and I was expecting at least near perfection if I am hiring a professional. I used to paint for a living....35 years ago, so I may be overly critical....and in all fairness, I have not discussed the results with Mark Wolak yet, but this is my evaluation of the job over all. Follow-up comments: I spoke with Mark the evening after the initial work was complete. I told Mark of my impression of the job, pretty much exactly as written above. Mark was glad to hear honest feedback and asked that I allow him to make it right. Mark offered to send someone over the next day to fix it, but I was unable to take more time away from the office. Mark was very accommodating and immediately offered to meet me at whatever time worked for me. We agreed on a time after work in the evening. As I was running late that evening, I called Mark and unfortunately he would not be able to make it at the new time, but assured me one if his people would be there to fix the job. (Josh) showed up just as agreed and went to work fixing the issues. Josh agreed with my assessment of the issues and was happy to make it right. Josh finished and we walked through together. Everything was finished in a professional and detailed manner. I am completely satisfied with the work now. I am also very satisfied with the professionalism Mark and his team displayed. Maybe it was just a bad day for the first guy, but regardless they fixed everything just right with absolutely no arguing or complaining. I would definitely use him again!
Description of Work: Painted walls and ceiling on small bedroom and bathroom. No trim.

This is our second experience with Wolak Interiors. Our first job, several months ago, was relatively simple. They did such good work they were the only company we contacted for this more challenging job. Mark made a thorough assessment of the project. Our painter arrived on time and worked steadily. Originally estimated at 3 days, the job wound up taking 5. At times, we had an extra painter on site. We were glad they took the extra time to caulk and let each coat dry properly. They were always courteous and friendly. They were very careful to avoid getting paint on our brick work. They did their best, with tarps and plastic, to contain the smell of the oil-based sealing primer ( a necessary evil to ensure the knots in the pine panelling wouldn't show through). They cleaned the site thoroughly on completion. Mr. Wolak visited the job site every day to check on progress, answer questions, and generally keep on top of things. We are very pleased with the results. The only reason I gave a "B" for responsiveness was a communication glitch. After coming out to analyze our needs, Mr. Wolak didn't get back to us for several weeks. From our past, positive experience we thought this was unlike him, but wondered if he was just too busy. When he realized he had not responded with a quote, he called and apologized. The job was soon scheduled. Lesson learned: good contractors are in high demand and things can slip through the cracks. If ever I need his help again and don't hear from him quickly, I won't be shy. I'll call and remind him.-+
Description of Work: The unpainted knotty pine panelling and trim from the 1950's in our family room (tongue-and-groove, not just large, ridged panels) was looking worn and dark by today's standards. Mr. Wolak assessed the job and selected an appropriate primer to seal the pine. Our assigned painting team applied the sealing primer, caulked the joints between the individual panels (so the paint won't crack during normal expansion and contraction with the seasons), applied a first coat of paint and a final coat. They repaired cracks in the ceiling and painted. The job also included painting louvered pocket-doors, radiator covers, extensive crown moulding, a built-in bookcase, a fireplace surround and mantle, a Dutch door, and a small stairwell.

Mark (the owner) immediately contacted me by email after I purchased the coupon through Angie's list and we scheduled a visit a few days later to look at the jobs I wanted done. Within a few days he provided an estimate of the work and about a week later we scheduled the repairs to be performed. The work took about a day and a half and the final cost included all the materials. The workers were professional and Mark stopped by himself to inspect the work and did some additional work on one of the jobs because he was not happy with the outcome. I will gladly use Mark's company anytime I need any general contracting work done on my house.
Description of Work: I purchased a $299 for 8 hours of general contracting for some repairs I needed done. The three jobs were to repair a water damaged bathroom subfloor, repair some damaged exterior wood, and repair a leak in my shower drain (not the same bathroom that had a water damaged subfloor).
