+ -1 moreI have used the company for several years in the past. They clean about 29 window- 2 are large windows. At least 2 technicians come out and completed the job in 2 and half to 3 hours. They are very professional. They always walk through with me to make sure I am satisfied with the work. They are happy to go over any windows I am not satisfied with. The are very considerate of my home and are neat in their work. They ear booties and show a lot of respect for your home. It is usually easy to schedule an appointment unless you are trying to get the windows cleaned before Christmas.
Description of Work: I hired the company to clean our windows inside and out.

Description of Work: The two men who came to the house did a decent job cleaning the windows, with the exception of a majority of the tracks and sills. However, something was knocked over that did damaged to a table, the wall, and the wooden floor and they tried to hide it from us. They took the blinds (all 23 of them) to the workshop (actually one of their garages!) to clean. Supposed to have back the next day. They tried to reinstall them DIRTY. Made all sorts of excuses as to why they had not been cleaned. They actually asked us if we wanted them to take them back and to really clean them this time. They took the blinds again and did not return with them for FOUR days! In those four days, I received a call saying that the blinds were "not cleanable" due to the "fire damage"...Really? As far as we know, our home has never caught fire. When the blinds were finally returned, they were okay. All had powdery, white residue on all slats that we had to clean ourselves. Please know that several calls and messages were made and left with the company headquarters and we spoke to several representatives. Finally had decent response from a very nice young lady. In the end, our bill was discounted to about $175. The company's ads seem to be deceptive. We drove all over Virginia Beach chasing addresses trying to find the warehouse and our blinds that we thought we were never going to see again. It doesn't exist here. The man operates out of his home. Still not sure how they used the "latest technology" in his GARAGE to clean the wooden blinds. VERY DISAPPOINTED, AGGRAVATED, and PUT OFF by the Window Gang. We will NEVER use this company again and certainly do not give them our recommendation. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

+ -1 moreAs I siad in the above portion -- Craig did all these windoes and doors by himself -- the house is a one story - he was fast and very thorough -- the windows and doors are beautiful!!!
Description of Work: Washed inside and out of my home windows -- cleaned the screens -- these are older windows with the screen and storm windows all on a track -- lots of work! Craig did them quickly - and beautifully - especially the garage windows - whick hadn't been cleane in a number of years!!! They are perfect!!!!

+ -1 moreI used Window Gang twice before and was very satisfied. This time they did not show up as promised and did not call me. When I rescheduled they again didn't show up but there were high winds so no problem. I called to again schedule and they didn't show up or call me. I called to follow up and they never called back.

gutter cleaning, pressure washing
+ 0 moreI called Window Gang on a Tuesday and was scheduled for both the gutter cleaning and house wash that Thursday. I didn't have to be at the house, they left an invoice for me in the mailbox. The quote was $50 for the gutter cleaning and between $175 to $200 for the house wash. When I got home from work, the vinyl on the house was extremely clean-all the green stuff was completely gone. They had also cleaned up the gutter debris, leaving a yard waste bag on the curb for me. The total ended up being $250 - right in line with the estimate I was given. I'm very pleased with the results, and plan to have them come clean the gutters again in the fall.
Description of Work: Eric and Eddie cleaned my gutters and did a low pressure chemical house wash.

+ -1 moreWindow Gang always does a wonderful job. Their work is outstanding and my windows always sparkle real nice. I pay them per visit and schedule my appointments six months in advance. They are real good at calling and reminding me that they will be coming out to clean the windows. They have never rescheduled or been late for that matter. I am content with their work and plan to keep them around for a while.
Description of Work: Window Gang cleans the 15 windows I have in my home once every six months.
