Description of Work: Property management. They managed our house we own in Va Bch. We had to relocate for work and decided to rent out house instead of selling. They were unprofessional , not trustworthy, lied to cover their mistakes, didn't hold tenant accountable for upkeep of property or move out condition.

+ -1 moreThey supplied the lawyer to close on my house. They got all of the paper work together and that was helpful since my husband was deployed overseas. They go with you to the walk through and make sure all repairs have been done and that you are satisfied with the home before the closing.

+ -1 moreShe's great overall. She's very personable and just awesome. Other real estate agents that I've worked with seemed to be really concenred with their commision, but Laura knew my price range and stayed within that price range. She found the place I wanted.
Description of Work: Laura Henry was my real estate agent that found a townhome for me. She worked hard and really listened to my requests. I call her for anything and she has referrals, whether it’s for an exterminator or an electrician. She’s my go-to person to find someone reputable to do something for my new home.
