Al did a great job--I was referred to him by my uncle. After contacting him over the phone and giving him a little background, the first time I met him in person he already had researched comps in the neighborhood and had a recommended price point. Within a few days of listing it, he already had an offer which he brought to me and said was too low. We agreed and about a week later, had another offer which is exactly what we were anticipating! He was professional, responsive and he made the process EASY. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely use him again.

Al was very professional and knowledgeable in the process of selling my home. His knowledge of the current market and his showing up to showcase my home made all the difference. I would use Al and recommend him to anyone.

In August, we contracted with Al Lozito to sell our home. He assured us that he would be present to showcase our home---personally! So, unlike other realtors, we wouldn't see a "lock box" on our door. Two days after we signed, there was a lock box on the door. Two months and many phone calls later, we received a copy of the original listing contract that we signed with him. That is just an indication of his lack of responsiveness and professionalism. He assured us that he would market our home on the Internet and throughout the real estate community. After 2 weeks, we eventually saw photos on Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia......of our bathtub drain. Yes, our bathtub drain. What would YOU make of that? I'm still floored. Al is supposed to be "Mr Thoroughgood" - the #1 salesman of our neighborhood. By December, he brought us: 4 buyers. Yes, less than one per month. In fact, Al only sold 6 houses in 2016. Compare that with the other realtors in the area before your sign on the dotted line. I wish we had. Obviously, we terminated our contract with Al and hired another agent. However, neighbors report that he slandered our home to prospective buyers with whom they've talked. Vindictive? yes. Unprofessional? obviously. You don't need this headache; steer clear of Al. With the plethora of realtors out there, there is no need to hire this dud.
