They did the home termite and moisture inspection on the home we purchased. With in 30 days of purchase massive termite damage was found and in another 90 days and close to $107,000 of repairs on our home the inspector came out and would not make things right. When confronted concerning why certain areas of the home weren't inspected and we questioned the reasons why he "couldn't" inspect the areas he left. We now have to pay a different termite company to treat our home and yard for termites. Beware if this company is doing your termite inspection for your home purchase!!

Description of Work: The company did the termite and moisture inspection on our house sale. They did the subsequent treatment and structural repairs. The workers and the office staff were all prompt a n d professional. We hesitated at first to have the same company do all the work but we checked other companies and decided to let Weston do it all. The experience with Weston Exterminating & Pest Control has always been very pleasant. They are very helpful. They know what they are doing and they are very knowledgeable. They are willing to come back as often as needed. The staff is very personable.

Wonderful people to do business with! Don't expect to have a problem with insects or pests after they are done! ;0)
Description of Work: I have been with Weston Exterminating for almost 2 years now for routine pest control. They are a "mom & pop" shop, but still priced competitively to the big names. Everyone within the business is extremely professional and equally as friendly. They provide pest and insect control every quarter, however, if you are having an issue they will come as often as needed in-between quarterly visits at no additional charge. . (They even treat my shed which sits over 500 feet behind my house!) They are quick to schedule appointments and always on time (tho one time Joe was running late but he called well in advance and gave me the option to reschedule if needed). I cannot say enough good things about this company.

The company arrived a little early and treated and inspected house and new outbuilding. It took a little over an hour. He treated the outbuilding at no additional cost. We had a real problem with ants due to a high water table but have not had any since using this company. I've been very pleased with this company & it's cordial employees.

First consultation visit was free, but there was some confusion about charges and service. It was not evident that termites were active inside the house. Second consultation was free, by owner, and more definitive. Treatment was performed on time and as described, but bill amount was more than conversation on phone with owner's wife. So far, no more insects inside.
Description of Work: Initial insect and pest control; treatment for active termite in crawl space; treatment for carpenter bees in gable end soffits.
