Description of Work: The owner came by and had great ideas and seemed interested in giving me an estimate.but i never heard from him again.

Description of Work: We had a two sided fireplace between our living room & dining room. They tore out the fire place and patched up the wall and roof where the fireplace was.

+ 1 moreMy experience was excellent. Good communication, they always showed up when they were supposed to be here, professional and fairly priced. Good value.
Description of Work: WEL-VANT CONSTRUCTION is putting in a new door and new steps for my second story apartment. I had a flood and the flood people came in and took out all the drywall, flooring and insulation. And WEL-VANT CONSTRUCTION came in and put everything back the way it was supposed to be. They repaired the flood damage, they put in drywall, flooring, insulation and painting.
