Update: November 30th, 2023: Had a refrigerant code pop on the dehumidifier. VFS was great and send out John and Kyle to take a look. They were completely professional, swapped out the unit (which was under warranty), and even did a courtesy inspection of the wrapped crawl space that they did when they installed the unit. Awesome work, and very pleased with their efforts. Thanks team!! Wanted to take just a brief minute to thank the entire VFS crew for doing such a great job on our crawlspace encapsulation. From the onset withTed Newberry to the install team, Michael, Tristen, Jaron, Scott, & Tyler to the final inspection conducted by Tommy Dunmyer, the experience was nothing short of totally professional. Ted was incredibly knowledgable on the process helping me to make an informed decision which has proven to be the right one! Michael led a good team in the install and kept me informed the entire way, and Tommy's critical eye wrapped up the event as he inspected the entire install,..... and yes, he inspected it all! The dehu is already running quiet as ever and the space looks great. Thanks VFS! These guys rock! I look forward to my one year check up!

Joel, Alex, Jacob and Thomas were great to work with . They were very polite , hard workers, and helpful in letting me know what was going on each day. Hugh - I don’t know about. Just kidding he was great too and explained whatever I didn’t understand. Was very polite and congenial. Reviewed things with me when it was done and told me to call him if I had any questions or problems. Good crew.

Our experience with VFS started with a phone call and a visit from Mikey. Whom I must say was very professional and well prepared in his visit to our home. We then picked VFS over many other companies that came to give us estimates. The crew that did the excellent work under the house were all nice and courteous. They kept me informed of the projects progress. They were always on time, kept the work site neat and clean. Very proficient!! Thank you so much. Then Hugh Williams came to visit after project was complete. He went over the project with me and was very thorough in his explanation of the whole process. Very good representative of VFS. Recently, we had VFS come out to deal with the significant moisture damage in our crawlspace, and the transformation was remarkable. The Yellow Crew, Patrick, Will and Oscar, worked tirelessly, keeping us informed of their progress and plans for the following day. The job was completed within the week, and the cost was comparable to other quotes we had received. All aspects of this complicated project were completed flawlessly, with professionalism and on time. This includes the initial detailed inspection presented by Matt, the Yellow Crew's physically demanding work of clean-up, repair and encapsulation, to the friendly, responsive admin/accounting staff. We highly recommend this exceptional company!
