+ -1 moreTracy was punctual to our first meeting where he measured the room in preparation for the work. Tracy punctually arrived on the agreed upon day to install the crown molding. After putting the crown molding up, Tracy went behind it and covered the nails and any seams with caulking. I'm not a builder type, so if that's the wrong material, I apologize. After covering the nails and seams, Tracy put a final coat of white paint on the crown molding. The crown molding looks amazing. Tracy was detail oriented and did an excellent job painting the crown molding. I would definitely use his services again!

+ -1 moreTracy did what no man before him could do. For some time I have had a leak in the bottom corner of my glass patio door. A couple of handymen and a moisture control person from my pest control company have looked at it and have purposed and/or performed different actions none of which worked. Tracy studied the situation and applied caulking on every possible opening around the door where water could enter. He also installed a diverter on the roof to direct water away from the problem area. I was delighted when the door did not leak during the next rain event which lasted several days. He also replaced a ceiling light fixture and light socket.
