I called this roofer, and we agreed on a minimum charge based on the description of the problem, ant the pitch and height of my roof. I agreed and sent him a text message to acknowledge the agreement on May 2 They came on May 4 to do the repair, I explained the problem I was having. They proceeded to fix what they thought was the problem and did not look at the area of the roof where I explained the leak was coming from. I asked again after he came down off the roof and he explained how the point where the water comes in may be far away from the issue, and he felt that what he fixed was the source of the leak. The roof leaked the next day and I sent him a text massage with the results on May 5 and asked him to return. He did not respond. I called on May 16 and he agreed to come back out. I have not heard from them since.

When I orginally talked to these guys they sounded great. They were able to give us a good price and get the work done ASAP. I was going out of town so they were going to take care of it while I was away. When I arrived home my new roof looked amazing, except for the missing shingles on a quarter of the roof and roofing nails in my yard. When I called them to have them come out and try to figure out why I got charged extra on my credit card without my permission, they said they would be there the next day and reimburse me for the unauthorized charge, not even close. I called two days later and got a sob story about their receptionist stealing money and they were too busy to take care of me. They offered me a limo ride instead of paying me back and some men came to my house the next day that couldn't even speak english. The owner and VP Dana were unprofessional and still to this day I haven't recieved my money back.

Did not do the repairs as contracated for and will not finish repairs The roof is still leaking and they will not return calls.
