They were terrible and awful. They have fake google reviews. I paid too much. He gave me a wrong estimate. Over the phone he told me that my moving boxes would be provided, the guy on the phone gave me an actual listing of sizes of boxes, which I would get. I did not get any. He also told me the packing material, like a shrink wrap for the furniture would be provided, which was not true. I had to pay for that on the spot as they were already here. I guess that’s their way of making money. When I told them about the guy who was talking to me on the phone. They just laughed and told me that no moving company would provide you with those. They told me the moving supplies were going to be free. That was the only reason why I went for them. When I called them for an estimate I told them that I had a small apartment but my furniture was heavy. The staffs were complaining. There was a Ukrainian, and they were talking, I speak Russian, and he did not say nice things. They ended up over charging me. The estimated price was $250, but I paid $375. They damaged my furniture. When I tried to call them to discuss my bill, they never answered. I know that they have caller ids. I left messages. When I wrote my review on google I got 25 other reviews, I think they are writing their own reviews. I hope no one else uses them in the future. They were on time. They really rushed me while paying the bill. I did not even have the time to pay the bill, or to have a look at my furniture. They also did not take all of my stuff out of my apartment. Apparently I had too much furniture for one bedroom. I did tell them previously that I had a lot of furniture.

Overall I felt ripped off. They did move most of my stuff and were very professional. Though I would never use them again.
