The previous owner of our condo left a balance with the company. They told us they needed to run our credit report and copy of our deed. They gave us the wrong price, they gave us a location to pick up our equipment and then wouldn't let us pick it up because it was flagged to be shipped, they charged us for a router that they said it would be free, then they opened a new account for us and had to run our credit report again. The first week I was trying to get internet and cable set up, I was on the phone for a total of 24 hours.

They helped me troubleshoot a problem with Apple TV downloading movies from iCloud. Not only was the problem resolved but they also helped determine that my router was not capable of providing the internet speeds I was paying for. A new router was shipped and in my hand within two business days.

I ended up with everything I wanted. The tech didn't seem to want to put in as much effort to accommodate me as I was hoping for, but in the end he did everything I asked. I have a family member that used to work for a cable company and he told me that the rep should have been more willing to do the things I asked as they are normally encompassed in the job. I was asking for a splitter to install cable in a room that didn't have a connection and he actually implied it couldn't be done. He was willing to run cable lines under some of my carpet however to complete my bedroom setup. I could tell he didn't want to but he did. As for the additional connection I mentioned previously, my father in law and I ended up crawling in my attic to do the job. The way the tech suggested it be done was silly and the easy route. Overall, I got most of what I wanted but not without some fussiness.

Our phone/internet/cable line was accidentally cut while having work done in our yard back in November 2011. The temporary repair was done within 24hrs however they have yet to switch over and bury the temporary vcable that has been lying on top of my grass since then. I have called the call center every week since March. At first I trusted that a work order being placed would be taken care of. Each time the order would be closed without any contact from the company. In April a technician did come out to determine what 'division' needed to care of it. Assured me it should be taken care of in the next 2 weeks. Now a month and a half later even the call representatives can't get any response from the local VA office to take care of the problem. The VA office says they can't do anything because they don't have the proper request, even though the call representative asked what type of request do they need since they have put at least 10 in and were assured they were doing it properly. The VA office told the call rep. to contact the help desk to take care of the problem Total lack of service!

I don’t like them. I don’t like their service. They are very unresponsive. You spend forever on the phone. They are very, very, very, I can say very until next year this time and keep going. Rude, rude. I contacted about 2 months ago. The problem is still not solved. The internet is slow and I pay for top quality. It’s just a terrible company to deal with.
