She had advertised my condo 200.00 more than agreed on in the paper. I asked for very specific locations to advertise my unit. She failed to get the details straight. I had to leave the area and I had friends check on the status of my condo. It appeared no one had been in my condo for 2 months. Then she showed it twice and left the condo in disarray after showing. It was pretty amazing that she could not achieve the goal of renting my condo. I had asked to be released from our agreement, gave notice and she continued to hang on. Even though she continued this way she failed to show the condo as I continued to have friends check on the condition of the neatness in my unit. I had moved all my very personal belongs out into a storage unit which was another extreme expense during this time period. This was all spent in vain. She made a comment that she "had to upper hand" which was ridiculous as I had already given written notice and asked another realtor to show. This realtor had NO problem finding candidates and was very professional about performing his duties. I spent alot of money for storage and my condo remained empty for 9 months with no tenant.
