Excellent price and value. I was able to get a deal using the Angie's List Deal which was a great savings. I already was using them for my termite contract so this made it easy. They even covered my small shed outside at no additional charge while other companies in the area wanted to chart additional. They arrive on time and were excellent. They noticed a small wasp hive on the way in by the front door and just took care of it again, free of charge even though it wasn't covered. Great company -- extremely professional -- great value!

These guys are great. We hired them to replace an exterminator that just couldn't seem to get rid of a recurring roach problem. We had the service for about 10 years. Universal has been very responsive and seems to have gotten the problem under control...or at least is so eager to educate about what's happening, and what they're doing, it feels a lot better to be working with them. Personal care is very good.

I was not very happy with them. The man doing the work did not pay much attention to his work and was not very responsive with my question. It did not look like he moved any of the furniture and I did not find the man very professional.

Chris from Universal came out and examined the entire area ... He then explained in detail what had to be done and how they would do the work and the time it would take. He then wrote up three contracts which explained in detail what was to be accomplished along with the prices for the various items to be completed. He was very professional and very competent. Chris set a date for the work to be started. Our Realtor who had sold the home then said she needed the work done much sooner due to contract restraints. Universal then reworked their schedules to accommodate us. All in all it went very smooth and we would give their company 10 stars if that were possible.

About a week after spraying for ants the amount in my house nearly doubled. It made the ant situation worse. I went to Home Depot and bought some organic pet friendly spray and used it inside and out and it worked better.

We had two days of heavy rain, and before they could complete the job the house flooded. I would have been more comfortable if they had taken before and after pictures of the work. The original bid was $6,622, but I ended up paying closer to $10,000. I have no reason to believe those weren't fair charges, but I do have some questions about it. I don't like that the final price came in higher than the estimate. It went pretty well overall, but they were not very good about contacting me when they would be working. It would have been better if they were more diligent about giving me notice when they would be there. I would use them again but I'd require before and after photographs, and ask for more clarity on the work they'll be doing and the price estimate.

The company was able accommodate me on short notice when another company cancelled due to overscheduling. The tech was polite, neat in appearance and very efficient. Overall time was less than 30 minutes.

They have been on time/very professional/explained what he was doing and why. Also I was extremely glad to know that there was harm for animals. I would hire again. Sincerely Donna

Prompt, excellent service. Had an outdoor inspection and the service man also asked if I wanted him to check for indoor activity. Had the typical outdoor application and all went well and in a timely manner. I have renewed my contract with this company since I trust their expertise.

Team Member called two days later to set up an appointment. Service Member arrived promptly at appointment time and completed the service thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely continue using this company and would recommend to all.

Went Fine, used natural based products because of pets.

Actually, I can't remember when the service was performed; the date above may not even be close! But, I do remember the rep was punctual, energetic and not coercive or abrasive in his sales pitch. He was respectful, courteous and educational. He explained what and he was going to do and then he did it without complaining when I chose not to sign a contract with him. Overall it was a pleasureable experience.

It's more of an inspection than a treatment. They just came out and inspected and said that they put some bait down or whatever. I haven't seen any termites, so I guess that's a good thing.

Came out to do a one time treatment for ants and wound-up with a one year contract. The tech was professional and competent.

Arrived on time, sprayed inside and out, removed spider webs, etc.

Excellent experience. For starters, many Pest companies will charge between $500-$1000 to put a house under contract. This was an excellent deal. Also, for $250 I wasn't expecting that much but I was impressed with their promptness and professionalism. They treated one questionable spot near my garage doors and repaired where they drilled with concrete seal for the driveway and paint on the trim. Very happy with the service!

I used their big deal offer. They took care of my problems. They do what you ask them to do. I would recommend them to others. They basically get the job done. They need to work a little bit harder on responsiveness and punctuality.

They were efficient and did a good job.
