The gentleman from the company came out and did a good job. He was quick and efficient. That worked out well. They were friendly and prompt. They arrived on time and it was pretty smooth.

They are great. Their bug spray even smells good, like mint, which is great! Their products also do not have any affect on pets. We have had no problems with their service.

I've had them for years, and they do a great job. They get rid of all the bugs for me. I give them an A all across the board.

Universal is an excellent company. They call you when you need your quarterly service scheduled and are always flexible when scheduling. If you need anything before your next scheduled quarterly appointment, they come out and treat for free and are always on time.

We purchased the deal of the week. The company contacted us that day to set up the treatment. Tom was on time, respectful, knowledgeable and polite.

The technician was on time and very personable and professional. He answered all my questions and quickly finished the job. I will certainly use this company again when and if the need arises.

I ended up having a flea issue in the house. I first called Ewell Pest Control to provide service. The fleas were not going away. They could not find the source. I had to find it for them under the house in the crawl space. I called them to let them know. They came out and tried to use a chemical that was airborne to kill it. But by the way they were doing it, I called the home office to tell them that if they don?t close of the vents, that the chemical would just blow away. They said that they don?t tell the technician how to do his job. The person then stated, ?We don?t guarantee the killing of fleas; We guarantee the spraying.? Around that time, I got on Angie?s List and found Universal Pest Control listed. They came out and were very professional. They knew the source of the fleas. They ended up closing all of the vents without me telling them. They said that they could try the same treatment as the other company, but didn?t think it would work. They said that they would need to use boric acid to kill everything in the crawl space. This company was persistent with this infestation. It looked like a feral cat got under the crawl space and caused this uphill battle against the fleas. However, after several times of coming out, Universal was able to eradicate them. We now have a contract for the year, so that if I have any problems with the fleas, even between my quarterly services, Universal will come out and take care of it.

Technician arrived within time "window" Introduced himself. Checked job request and went to work. After inspection, explained findings and did perimeter (house) treatment to prevent pest damage. Very personable and professional.

There was an Angie’s List special coupon. I found termites so I had them do the whole treatment. I didn’t use the coupon as I had termites and that was for preventative. I would recommend them as I have been happy with them and they did a good job by drilling holes in my house and putting poison in there. I signed up for a yearly contract with them for my house and my rentals.

He arrived on time and did an excellent job.

They seem to do a pretty good job and are good at calling you every quarter to schedule their appointments for treatments. They will come out repeatedly if needed to spray for rodents and pests. They show up on time and their prices are pretty good. I had a major problem in my attic with roof rats and they took care of all that. I don't have any bug problems and I will use them again in the future.

They come out when ever I need them too. Great coverage and great service.

They charge on a quarterly basis. They will also come out for free in between regular visits if you need them. We've used them for a long time and have been satisfied with them.

They called me to set up the appointment, and it was an internet special! I had to cancel and reschedule approximately 3 days ahead of the appointment, as we had a leak, and the plumbers had shut off our water, and were performing a major reconstruction job. I did not want to gas them, and was not sure what all was involved. They were still great, very professional, and courteous. They came out on time, did a phenomenal job, and I would use them again, and refer them to all of my friends and family.

It was a great experiance. we had started to see some water bugs, and we called Universal they came out and treated the house. After the first treatment we saw a few more, he came out for a second treatment and everything has been great since.

I have been using them now for three days, and so far, they have been good. The people they sent out were very professional and they talked like they knew what they were doing, but I had a very bad experience recently with another exterminating company, so I am holding my judgment for a while. They were punctual. They responded promptly, in fact, their supervisor is coming on Friday to check with what they did.

I would highly recommend them and they are very easily accessible. I give them the highest ratings and will use them in the future.

I contracted for quarterly extermination services with Universal Pest Control. This was my second visit. I was contacted by the company to schedule an appointment. Their service man arrived exactly on time, he was quick and thorough. What I like best about this gentleman is that he explains what he does and why. I appreciate that simply because I like to know what I am paying for. I have a townhouse so it didn't take long to treat the entire house. I also like the fact that the treatment he uses is odorless and leaves no visible marks. He made certain I was satisfied with what he'd accomplished before asking me to sign the work order. The lady who scheduled the appointment and the service man were courteous and professional.

I have been using this company since 2004. The services are always Excellent. They have always gotten rid of all my pest. In my experience, they have always been on time, flexible with scheduling, and always answer the phone on the first try. Very quick turn around for appointments. Reasonable pricing.
