Description of Work: I was interested with the yearly pest control offer. I had over $3000 in work done under my home 9 mos. ago and wanted it treated for pest. I was told by Universal Pest Control that it would have to be done completely over again. THEY HAD NOT EVEN LOOKED UNDER THE HOUSE!!!!!!! They quoted me a price of $1500 to do HALF of the work again. I have been advised to get in touch with Angie's List and request a refund.

Description of Work: The representative showed up 5-10 minutes and started to work on the outside before I got home. He was very professional and courteous. He spoke about package the company offered and left his contact info if I was happy and wanted to continue using the company and working with him.

Description of Work: I called to have a one time service for pest control. They were very responsive and scheduled me the next day. The gentleman came on time, explained the treatment, and answered all my questions. I would use them again!

Description of Work: The technician surveyed the property to check for existing infestations. He then treated with a termite poison all around the perimeter of the house.

Description of Work: So far the company has been very professional and the exterminator who came to the house, Wayne, was very friendly. After the first treatment we still noticed ants and the occasional roach/silverfish so we had them come back out. Will revise/add comment depending on if the insect problem becomes resolved.

Description of Work: Universal Pest came out to do a termite treatment on my house in Ocean View. They trenched, drilled, and applied Termidor around the house. They offered to drill and apply inside my house as well because my concrete slab was exposed in places, to provide a more thorough treatment. They were careful not to treat areas that were in close proximity to drains. Very knowledgeable, and took the time out to explain the process. A representative was able to come out to do an estimate the day I called, and they could perform the work within a few days.

Description of Work: These guys were great. I bough the $95 special and they came back 2 times after the initial treatment for a persistent roach problem. They aim to please and I intend to use them again.
