They were great. They were very good. They waited. They did all of the request in a timely manner.

It went according to schedule with a few minor hiccups. Every time there was a roof or house issue or problem, the United roofing people would jump on it and quickly solve that problem. They did their initial cleanup in the evening, and then came back the next day with entire crew and did a thorough followup to leave the yard as they found it.

Better than expected. My house is over 20 years old and now it looks new. I couldn't be happier. Every step was so simple, even the financing. And you can't find better rates for the work this crew did. They put in a full days work, no lie, sun up until sun down and did a very thorough clean up. Their customer service is unbeatable. To meet an owner who is so involved with his customers and customer satisfaction is unheard of these days and even the representatives. Everyone is fantastic and the outcome is definitely worth every dollar. I will always call on them for any repairs needing their expertise.

Horrible job. Multiple trips for leaks and blamed everyone else. Ruined equipment in the office. Tim Brooks promised to pay for the damage they caused, then refused! Had to sue them!

They arrived within schedule and completed the job promptly.

Buyer beware!!!! Did not change out bad wood and fix damage as promised, tried to cover it up. When confronted they rigged a fix but it still looks very tacky. Nails found in yard and driveway for weeks. Shingles looked good but they rushed the job and made huge mistakes.

United Roofing Corp. was very responsive and professional. The exceeded my expectations and started and finished the work ahead of schedule. Everyone of my contacts with the company, from the owner, the business manager, the workers to the quality control foreman was a positive experience. I will definitely use them again and again.

Salesman was VERY professional. Even after quoting me $4,000 less than HD and Sears (with upgraded shingles vs builder's grade others offered) he then contacted me a few days later and informed me he was able to save me even more money due to spare deck armor from previous job and some credit Owens Corning was giving due to an old GAF lawsuit. Paid half, got a call two weeks later to start job the next day. New roof was completed in about a day and a half. Only complaint would be that I wish the workers double-tapped the magnet sweep in the driveway as I found five old roofing nails that could have done some tire damage had I not double checked myself.

The crew showed up on Friday and began removing the roof. Due to the weather they covered the roof with large tarps and left for the day. They returned the next morning and began working. Completed the job by late afternoon. There was a problem with a nail hitting our AC line in the attic. We were concerned if we would get reimbursed for having this repaired. This was settled with no problem. They were professional and ready to ensure that everything was done correctly.

It was a good price.

We could not be more pleased. Tim, the owner of United Roofing Corp. is very professional. He is very helpful in knowing which shingle color will compliment your home. The crew did a great job. Already receiving compliments from neighbors. We highly recommend for your roofing needs.

Property was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.

After checking out several roofing companies, I talked to the agent from United Roofing Corp.. He knew the business well, and was very courteous. He answered all my questions with patience. The installers were very effecient, and well trained. The roof was finished in the time promised. It was a great job and the clean-up was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.

Initial contact made through Angies list, received email correspondence. Had to call to ask if they would give estimate, representative arrived on time and gave very good estimate and indicated they would email/call with a final price. Haven't heard from them since and have not contacted them again.

The price was good and the product was of good quality. He replaced the roof in one day although it rained off and on during the morning. The installer did not remove cellophane strips from the underside of the shingles and had to come back to do this. I had to remove most of the strips myself as the installer did not do a good job of checking the entire roof. He also did not remove and replace any of the old chimney flashing as required by the contract and had to come back and do this after being reminded. He was very responsive in coming back, but adequate supervision would have prevented this from happening in the first place.

After coming for an estimate, Ron demonstrated very quickly how he saw the same potential we did with the house - and recommendations he made matched what we were thinking. There's lots to do with this fixer-upper, but it all started with the roof which was not in good shape. Had multiple estimates done - some higher than others, with United Roofing coming in pretty much at the middle-high end of the pack. The difference was that Ron took pictures on the roof, and showed us why he thought what he thought. He told us based on the age of the roof, and the damage that had been done - it would be almost the same price to repair as getting a new roof. Braced ourselves for the shock, and expected and gt;$10K on a roof, and he came in under 8. With a 7 year labor warranty and a lifetime warranty on the materials. The freaky winter weather kept them from coming by each time they scheduled, they needed two days of decent weather. We finally got it. They showed up at 7 as promised, and when I came home after dark - they were just packing up. They really worked sun-up to sundown. I got up in the morning and saw that holy cow, they had completed close to two thirds of the roof. Man, they worked quick. Checked FedEx for a package tracking and found it had been delivered, and couldn't find it. Quick text to Ron, and he contacted one of the guys on site who tracked it down (it had been mistakenly delivered to a neighbor's house), and Ron followed up to make sure I got it. Very, very impressed with professionalism, and the job they did. When I got home today - if I didn't notice the completely finished new roof, I never would have thought they had been here. Not a nail, piece of felt paper, or stray old shingle to be found. The excess shingles were also neatly stacked on my porch. Can't say enough great things about them!
