While J.C. started out great, he had difficulty finding help and his work became okay but not the best and then eventually the complex became too much for him and he dropped it. I have not used his services in over a year.

Everything started out great. JC came out to the house , we talked about options for putting in sod in the front and back yard, he gave me a quote I thought was fair and competitive, so we hired him. The day the work was supposed to start (Mon. 1 July), he called to say he wouldn't be starting because of rain, but that he would come out Friday the 5th. No show. I called that afternoon, no answer. I called the following Monday and Tuesday, no answer either time. He has to this date (5 August) still not returned my calls. I am very disappointed.

I use Turf's Up, LLC every week for lawn mowing. I called about 4 different companies and they were the only people to call me back. He was very courteous, he came out and I wasn't home, so he left me a note on the door and I called him back the next day and told to go ahead. He knocks on the door if we are home and asks if we need anything else done before he starts mowing and if we are not at home, he leaves the invoice at the door.
