Overall, I thought that I was patient and kind to him, but I never felt that my "project" was ever considered to be important. i
Description of Work: On March 24,2012, Bryant Saunders came to me via Mr. Carter, Consulting Services. Mr. Saunders said if he could start my deck right away, that he would give me a good price. I believed him and he also said he needed 1/2 of charge up front, ( my assumption was for the deck stain, etc.). He said that at least 3 three coats of stain (which I paid for), however, he used only one and I did not receive the other two cans. I waited for him for several days due to his "other " projects, as he had been scheduled to come on Mar. 26. He came on the evening of the 29th and instead of pressure washing, he scrubbed the deck with broom and cleanser. I had no problem with that. The next evening, he brought two men over to paint the stain, it was nearly dark when they left. I paid him the rest of the money on March 30, 2012. I did not go into the yard to check their work until several days later. I was not completely satisfied with the steps, etc. not having been painted, so I called him. He said he did was I asked, but would come back after he finished a few more projects. I have not heard from him.

Bryant was always on time or called if slowed by traffic. He worked with a small break in the morning and a lunch break, but was very focused on what he was doing and very thorough. He was finished with the project in the time he stated on the estimate. Bryant included the repair materials in his estimate, but we were responsible for the cost of the paint, which he purchased to our specifications. He was very neat and cleaned up as he went along.
