Arrived early and completed without incident.

I came home to a busted water pipe under my house. (It was 20 degrees this morning.) I called, he came over, told me what he had to do and what it would cost, and he did it. Very professional. Will definitely use them again.

I called and he came right out to assess the damage and find the actual leak. Found it and gave us an estimate that was right on, no added charges. He was very professional and the finished product was excellent. I highly recommend this plumber, I feel he is trustworthy and won't take advantage of you.

Quick response. Arrived on-time, friendly and professional. Took care not to create a mess, cleaned up afterward. Explained what he had done and showed me the old, damaged parts.

The plumber (and helper) showed up about 2 hours after being called. They were very courteous and friendly; and, knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. The parts needed were on the truck and they finished the job quite efficiently. When the work was completed, they cleaned everything up and left us a card so we could call if we had any problems. We were quite satisfied with the work; and, very relieved to have a working downstairs toilet.

They were done in the time frame they said and within the budget they gave us. I would most definitely have them complete plumbing work at my house. (I actually already have!) Overall, we were very satisfied.

They are vrey reasonable. They do great work.

First of all they have good pricing, which is sometimes hard to find when looking for a plumbing company. I was pleased with the overall experience, however I had some issues with the quality of some of the work they did. Nothing major but there was room for improvement. with he good price I would have to say they are a pretty good company for plumbing.

TriStar Plumbing and Drain did an excellent job for me. They got the pipe in and there were not any leaks. I thought his prices were a little steep but other than that we have had a good experience with this company.
