Tracy Evans responded quickly to our work request to restore the function of my parents old sliding glass patio door, original to the home, built in 1989. The door no longer slid easily on it' s tracks & had become a chalenge for my parents who are now in their late 80' s to open & close. The lock had also ceased to function & they needed a brand new patio screen door as well. Once Tracy arrived, he went straight to work & overcame every obstacle this vintage door presented to him. He worked very hard & was very respectful both in his manner & in cleaning up after himself., even carting away the empty boxes. He did a wonderful job in fulfiling all of our requests & we would definitely recommend him. Well done Tracy!

Replied to my call immediately, came same day for free estimate, and able to complete complicated job next day. Phenomenal work! Started on time and didnâ t leave until job entirely completed. Moved necessary furniture. Also, pointed out problem areas regarding my front I knew were off, but not why. Also advised on various screen door options available to my door. Used ingenuity to fix what seemed impossible (holes left in stair molding). Brought all necessary equipment for custom work. Cleaned area up after. Even helped me bring trash can out to street for next day pick-up! Tracy is the real deal, which unfortunately I canâ t say about so many craftsmen Iâ ve hired over last year in two totally separate areas.

Tracy did a fantastic job! He replaced old baseboards in my home and trimmed two doors. I’m so impressed that I have already asked him to come back to install interior doors and crown molding. He gave great advice and provides great results. Very professional and a really nice guy. My cat can’t wait for him to come back! Hire this professional for great work & a great price. Tracy called us immediately after requesting a quote. He took his time to understand the problem and was available immediately to come take a look at the door.
