This guy does excellent work!! Came by and gave me an estimate and a few days later my door was as good as new.

Tracy had called me as soon as I posted I needed my back door fixed. He showed up at 9am the following morning, which I was amazed at. He looked at my door, was stumped by it and stated "if I cant fix it, I will not charge you for it". I took the challenge. It took him 3 hours to get it fixed as it was not an usual fix. He managed to get my door to close. And for the price he charged me and all the confustion my door created, I think he charged me way below what another company would have. It wasnt by the hour, it was by the job. I also had him go to my rental property in Portsmouth to fix the doors over there.I Highly recommend Tracy

Mr.Evans was very considerate of my time. He called me when he was running late and was very curteous. He showed me what he was doing and answered all questions that I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone that has a problem with their home. He came ready to work and his prices were very reasonable.

Wow, a professional that actually knows what they're doing! He treated our small project as if he were working on a big project for a millionaire. His prices are beyond reasonable, he's clean and honest--gave him a tip that's how good he is! Would recommend him to my grandmother. Thanks for doing a wonderful job!

Tracy was a very comprehensive contractor to work with! He took the time to come out and research the project. He offered up many options I had not considered. He installed french doors by himself which is typically a 2 person job. They were level, fit to specs, and professionally finished. he even matched the trim dead on to the rest of the house. Another thing I had not thought about (assumptions of a nonDIY'er) I recommend Tracy's work, customer service, and timeliness to complete the work!

He identified a fix for the problem quickly and performed the repair in a reasonable amount of time. He ended up charging much less than I expected to pay. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Tracy came on time for the scheduled appointment to provide an estimate. He was vey polite and covered what he planned on doing. He showed my wife what the trim would look like by holding it up to the celing. He prepared a written estimate and was paid after he completed the work. I don't know if that is his standard but it impressed me that he did not want any money up front for materials. He showed up on time with everything he needed to dothe job. His work was so good that after he finished doing the work in the living room, dining room and hall, I ask him fro another estitmate to do our kitchen. I would hire him again.

I had Tracy replace some interior crown molding and install a storm door. On both projects he did an amazing job. His rates are fair. He will be doing more projects on my home in the future!

Tracy was great! He was prompt and professional. He demonstrated excellent skill and flexibility during the installation when he confronted with project obstacles that were caused by others (i.e. design flaws in security door we pruchased). He was pleasant and patient even though the project turned out to be more difficult than we anticipated. And he did not charge us more than the original quote. I would recommend Tracy to anyone needing doors installed!

I was lucky to find Tracy Evans! Tracy is not only professional and highly competant, but also easily engages in conversation. He totally worked around my schedule, promptly returning my phone calls and emails. If he ran into a 'snag', it was easily fixed, no problem! With the addition of my new interior doors and a new front door and storm door (and new doorbell!), my old house looks fresh and new!
