Excellent across the board is the best way to describe this professional company. I honestly do not know where to fault them. Top quality repair with proven results. Just had a major storm blow through and no leaks. Price was more than fair and they even lowered the price after finishing the job, stating materials did not cost as much as they listed in the proposal. Where do you see that type of honesty anymore? I am going to ask them to replace my roof this summer. Top Side Coverings is that good. None better.

The whole experience was great. I initially wanted the color red for my roof. Steve (the owner of the company) told me that once the roof was up, it wouldn't come down. He asked me to take my time to make sure it was the color that I wanted. He came to my house (again) and dropped of some sample of shingles so that I could see what it would look like. He went as far as nailing a few on the roof to see if I would be happy with the way it looked. After two weeks I realized it was not what I wanted and I called him to let him know. I had narrowed my choices to three colors. At this point, he sent me addresses of other roofs he had installed with the colors I chose. He asked me to drive by to see what I thought of them once they were installed. I did and that's how I finally came to pick the color I now have on my roof. Top Side Coverings did a great job. He got the permit and came by my house to let me know when his company would be starting. The e crew was very professional. They did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier with the end result. The whole experience was great and it is nice to know that there are companies that genuinely care about the satisfaction of their clients. Top Side Coverings did not treat my roof as a transaction, they treated it as if it were their home they were working on where being pleased and satisfied were the main concerns. I would recommend Steve and his company over any one else in a heart beat. I have been a home owner for 14 years now and this has been by far the best experience that I've ever had when dealing with maintenance or remodeling projects. Top Side Coverings was great to work with.

I hired Steve Silas under the company name Top Side Coverings, but he also owns 757 Construction. He tore down and replaced a wall in my kitchen that had water damage due to improper flashing on the roof. After the wall was dry, he put the trim back around my window and it was crooked (he didn't use a level). Then he said he couldn't put the base board back on b/c it was damaged and would have a new one made. I paid him since the job was almost complete. He has never replaced the base board, which had to be custom made at a cabinet shop. Hasn't returned emails or calls. I just used another contractor, and it cost me $150.
