 + -1 moreThe installation went well and so far so good. I can't say enough about his background, prior experience and professionalism. He truly wants to help people. I don't know how things will be in ten years from now, but so far I am very pleased with everything. I am quite sure that there are many people out there in the same situation that I found myself in. Don't dispair, there are others who do want to offer you a good job and better product without having to bow down to bigger companies. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in a great security system for a very reasonable price.
Description of Work: I had new windows installed and so found out that my old security system had to be replaced. I won't say who the old company was, but needless to say, after having had my business for 11 years, were not too interested in doing anything to assist a good customer. I decided to shop around and see what other businesses were out there that could provide me the help I needed. I called Tidewater Security who set up a meeting to come to my home & see what I needed. Having had alarm service before and looking at what could be done now, I was very pleased that Tom could help me out. I had a whole new system installed that did things my old system didn't for less money.

Description of Work: They replaced all the window and door contacts because I put in new doors and windows. The owner came out on my schedule, did the contacts, and he finished putting alarms throughout the rest of the house.
