Drain installed for water issues. The land was not graded after installation. Tree roots were left exposed. The contractor was rude . The sidewalks installed as well, left a drain damaged and did not repair. Did not clean parking area were sidewalks were replaced or back fill leaving gaps between sidewalk and lawn

After meeting with multiple roofing companies and receiving quotes, I ultimately decided to go with Tidewater Regional Contracting (TRC) for the new roof installation. The pricing was great, in fact, the owner said he would meet any other competitors price while maintaining the highest level of quality. This group was highly responsive in answering my questions, always on time and once the project was complete, the yard was thoroughly cleaned. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for any roofing/concrete needs.

My whole roof was done in a day! The team was very friendly and they kept my yard clean! The owner helped me choose the best color shingles for my house and boy was he right!! The grayish color looks so much better than the brownish color of the old roof. I can't say enough good things about Shane and his team! They are so friendly and made me feel like a VIP client!

The owner Shane Paffrath was more than professional from the start. He showed up on time for the estimate , provide a easy to read contract and price quote . He finished when he said he would and it looks great ! I will be using him again and again .

Returned my call from his vacation in Florida! Arranged for City marking of utilities while there and showed up at the job within 2 days of returning to Virginia Beach. Did much of the work himself -- a contractor who gets dirty! -- and finished on time. A very pleasant young man.
