I chose Tidewater Flooring over everyone, even the competitors. The consultation with Frankie from the Virginia Beach office was not just business but a personal touch of perfection. He was so sharp and smart and knew his stuff. Even made suggestions as we were confused on designing. He didn't come across wanting a sale but gave us the experience of a life time. And he was well rounded in managing everything. It is Worth the investment as we have a huge home 👌 affordable too. He and the team added value to our home and our happiness. Yal should see my floors!!! Wow...feels like a Hotel or stay in a condo.
Description of Work: Upstairs full carpet in every room including stairs. Downstairs full hardwood flooring from front door to back patio door. Foyer was precisely corrected from previous errors.

Terrible experience! Scammed me, installed defective flooring, won't fix it and now fell off the grid and can't get a response from them. Apparently stiffed their contractors as well. Having to sue them! Can't believe how unprofessional they are despite numerous attempts to be reasonable and even let them off the hook just so I wouldn't have to deal with this nightmare anymore. Not only are they terrible at what they do they're not very bright either. Such a shame! So many problems with the floor they installed. Avoid their parent company also - Atlantic Blue Contracting. Such a shady company!
