Description of Work: I will NEVER use Barry again. I've waited a long time to have my spa fixed. He calls late the night before or morning off to say he will be there. Never made an appointment just shows up and had been a huge thorn in my side. You do have to pay a diagnostic fee which I think is absolutely ridiculous. He is over priced and expensive. Beware.

+ -1 moreI can't say enough good stuff about the guy. He came over while I wasn’t there. It turned out that I just needed a filter. He didn’t try and screw me on parts that I didn’t need. He charged me about $75 for diagnostic fee, but I gave him $100 because I was happy with him. He was honest. He gave me same day service. He was a good guy.
Description of Work: I used The Wizard of Spas about three weeks ago.

Description of Work: I have a 350 gallon hot tub and the heating element was leaking. He replaced it.
