Tyson, although a native to Virginia, was born in Honolulu, HI. He got his high school education from Lake Braddock, in Burke Virginia. He then went on to college at Colorado State to attain a BS in Accounting Information systems with a minor in computers systems. After college he got the honor of receiving one of the nation's highest security clearances when he joined the CIA. After a few years of working with the agency doing some accounting work he left and joined EDS, a computer consulting firm, to try out his technical skills. While with EDS he had the opportunity to work with the INS and our own Dept of Navy performing different consulting activities. His duties ranged anywhere from teaching/training all the way to program management. His last stop with the Department of Navy led him to the Virginia Beach /Norfolk area where he was a program manager on the NMCI contract. Once he arrived in Virginia Beach, he fell in love with the area decided this is where he wanted to settle. Being a very thorough person Tyson decided to get his Real Estate license to look for his own house and that is how his Real Estate career started. Within 2 years Tyson was one of the top agents in the area. After a couple of years in the industry Tyson met his lovely wife to be, Kerri Reilly. She is a native to the area, born and raised in Suffolk. She was working at the time for TraderOnline selling marketing for their Aero department. She had also worked for several years as a property manager for a large corporation managing hundreds of properties. After several months Tyson and Kerri knew they were going to spend the rest of their lives together and get married. They also joined forces in the work place as Kerri joined Tyson in Real Estate. Shortly after Kerri joined Tyson they were selling 10 to 15 million in volume per year. They then decided to take their business to the next level. Tyson went back to school and received his Brokers license and they opened their own Real Estate brokerage firm, Envirian of Norfolk. Within 6 months Envirian had 22 agents and close to 60 listings. It wasn’t long before they were asked by a local Keller Williams office to merge. After examining the Keller Williams model they decided that this company was a great fit and would be top force in the real estate industry for a long time to come. In March of 09 they merged their company with Keller Williams of Hiitop, Virginia Beach, Virginia and formed “The Bradley Team”.
