I am satisfied with my condo. The builder fixed any problems that we had. The quality is not what you would get in a custom home, but overall it is ok. It is good to know that the property management committee will do maintenance, and I like the neighbors.

They were good about showing all options and working with us on colors of paint and carpet and everything else. We had a problem with the roof and no one would come out to fix it. I did get someone and it didn t cost much. They did fix the electrical problems though and didn t charge us. Overall, I really have no complaints.

I worked with the sales representative right from the beginning and got all the options that I wanted. They took time to show me varieties of ceramic tile and upgrades for carpeting. They got me a carpenter to put on the crown molding that I wanted. All in all it was a good build and all I had to do was turn the key, when they were done and move in.

We loved our new home and though we had a few problems, it was all under warranty. The floors creaked some and there was some painting that needed to be touched up, but the builder sent people out to take care of it in a reasonable amount of time.

We were really happy with Terry Peterson. The problems that we had were taken care of promptly and covered under warranty. The price of our home goes up about 20% every year on average, so we hope that it will continue. I would recommend this builder to other people that are interested.

The experience that I had with this company was not very good. I thought they started cutting corners at the end of the build. The problems have been small and they had fixed all of them. The point was that we paid a lot of money for a new home and we shouldn't have had to deal with all the problems.
