They come in and do their job, and leave. They are very reliable. You can call them and ask them to come out anytime and they are willing to do that. Usually they come out within about a week of me calling if I have any other issues. The price is very reasonable as well.

I contacted Terminix to do a termite inspection because I found a few bugs swarming around my deck. I have also had a history of roof rat problems since I live in an area known for this problem. They came out to do the inspection and I showed them the bugs that I found outside (I saved a few in a plastic baggie). I realized after they left that I probably should have shown them the bugs at the end of the inspection. They did a full inspection of the outside as well as the inside of the house and the attic. Their recommendation was to treat the outside of the home for termites even though there were no active termites present at the time of their inspection. The only thing they went by was my baggie of dead bugs. They also recommended new insulation and treating the attic for roof rats. They also showed me several pictures on a broken screened phone I felt to intimidate me. The man showing me the pictures stated that these were homes in the area and told me several stories of what bugs and rats can do to homes. After the inspection, both men sat down with me to go over a contract that was over $500 per month to replace insulation and treat the roof and outside of the house. Annual cost was around $6000. When I told him that I needed to discuss this with my husband who was out of town, he wanted me to call him immediately. I told him no and that I don't make decisions that way and that I wanted to talk to my husband when he got back home. At that time, he wanted to make an appointment with my husband upon his return. Not only did I feel that the treatment was over the top, I was never offered any other options for treatment based on my budget. When I didn't make a decision on the treatment, I let them go and they never even left their information with me regarding the pricing or treatment. How am I supposed to relay any information to my husband without a written description (Not that I wanted them back in my home anyway). I felt this was high pressure sales and if I would have not shown them the bugs they would have come back with a different outcome. By the way, I had another company come in after them and do an inspection and they found NO sign of termites. This company needs to do a better job in listening to the homeowner and providing them with the comfort of their services. Quit the scare tactics and over the top recommendations!

They come out when they say they are going to. They come out regularly. I don’t know about the price because I haven’t used anybody else.

If I have any problems with pest in between their scheduled visits they come out at no charge and spray. I have been using them for 28 years and I don't have any complaints about them.

We have a contract with them and originally had them spray for termites. So far we have had good service from them. Since we bought our house and had it inspected and sprayed and we have not had any problems except for one little place on the outside that is wood. They inspected it, sprayed, repaired it and did not charge us. You can call them and they will send someone out. We are thinking about using them to do insulation and replace the crawl space doors on the outside of our house.

Terminix is horribel !! don't waste your money on these guys!!! their service is bad , customer service is awful and are unprofessional. They came out and put holes in my slab for termites and never cleaned up . Had concrete residue everywhere on my front porch. Came out another day and checked my termite traps and threw dirt and mulch everywhere ad again didn't clean up. when I called the manager Quentin, he was hesitant to respond back my call until after i called their head quarters. One guy came out to check for rodents and asked to u se all my tools because he didn't fell like going to his van. Overall, a bad experience!!

Since the hurricanes our region has been devastated with water bugs. The outdoor treatment has been going really well, and I have not seen a water bug in at least 6 months.

We have used Terminix for several years now and I would refer them to other people. You can call them between services and they would come out and address any problems that you have.

Things have gone just fine with them. They are very professional.

They do good work. I have no problems with them whatsoever. I have been using them for about 20 years and will continue to use them in the future.

I have used them for 25 years. I have been very pleased with their service. They usually call five working days ahead so we can put pets away and so forth. They leave a sign on the door knob, so I know they were here. If I have a particular problem and let them know they target that area. I let them know I had ants, and they came out and treated at no extra charge.

It seems to be hard to schedule an appointment but once I have an appointment scheduled, the person that comes out is very effective.

They are on time and do what they say they're going to do.

We have been with this company for 5+ years. We have always had great service with them. Will answer any bug question I throw at them. Will come out whenever I see a problem with no extra charge. Now I'm not sure what they are charging nowadays as I said we have been with them for quite a while

When you call their customer service they know where their people are going and they show up. They are really good at showing their ID so it is the right person. They are a little over priced compared to others.

Terminix has been straight forward. They are not high pressure.

They have always been very good. Initially, I thought their pricing was terribly expensive, but now think they are reasonably priced.

I switched to another company, because I wanted to get a better service. They were expensive. I would not use them again in the future.

I have never had any trouble with them and I am perfectly happy with them. I would use them again in the future.

They are excellent. We have used them for 20 years. Anytime we ever had a problem they came out and took care of it.

We had a problem in the den. They came right out made repaired. We haven’t had any problems since and they didn’t charge us a dime. They always call before they are going to come and then when they are on their way; I really appreciate that. They always let us know when our next appointment is and they come when they are supposed to.

They are straight forward and educate you about their services. Their treatment is better than it previously was and better pricing.

I called them for a squeaky floor because I thought that I had termites under my floor. They told me that I did. They another another employee under the house for10 hours and said that they were installing installation. When he came out he said that were no terminates under the house to start with. And now they are trying to charge me over $2000.00 for termite treatments when I never even had them to begin with. They still haven't fixed the squeaky floor. I thought they were under the house attempting to fix the squeaky floor. They were spraying for bugs when I didn't ask for bugs to be sprayed for. They did other things other than fix the floor. When I asked them after all of this if they had fixed the floor they said that they don't repair floors.

I've been using their services for ten years. They're professional and my overall experience with them has been excellent. They're responsive and punctual.

I have a contract with them which is included with the house that I got and it’s supposed to be a life time replacement. They put the bait boxes and they bait them. They make sure that they are working and they do an inspection 2 or 3 times a year and keep the termites away. My husband wasn't too happy with them for a while. The guy wasn't doing what he had asked him to do; to replace the bait box and everything as they got smashed up and the guy didn't do it. So he canceled their work and they came out and replaced it and he got them back. I would be using them in the future.
