They do a good job.

Terminix were very inconsistent with who the serviceman would be each visit and I couldn t get comfortable due to it being someone different each time. I cancelled with them for many reasons but no results from the work they did should say enough. I just never saw any results to justify what I was paying for.

I have a yearly contract with Terminix. In the contract they are to come out once a month, and whenever I may need them in between. They have been out two times so far in between. I think they do a good job and I am pleased. I have them come so often because the problem is so bad. They do the best they can and I have seen a tremendous difference since I began using them. I think the pricing could have been a little cheaper. I guess since they have to use so much because my house is bigger and so polluted with them, it would be high.

Terminix did a very good job for me. I have not been in this home for very long, but the work they did seemed to be working. I haven't seen any termites yet.

They did all that was needed to take care of the termite problem I had. They definitely explained the entire process well and did great check ups afterwards to inspect the home. The termite problem was resolved by them, I was happy and satisfied with that.

Terminix did what I hired them to do, but it wasn't like they were ever willing to do one thing for me to say they were exceptional. This was just one of those experiences where for no particular reason I wasn't impressed. I was satisfied with the spraying and the results from it, but I probably will find another company in the future.

Terminix is a very good company. They seem to take care of the bug problem really well. Since we have been using them, they have always done a great job maintaining everything. I am not sure about the price because my brother handles that. I know that I have only seen a few termites here and there since they have been coming. Also, if you need them to come out, they will usually come the same day you call.

They used a gel chemical instead of spray for my roaches. I liked that a lot better because of the young kids around. Since they have been out, we haven't had any problems with roaches. I really liked this company and they used a really good product. We had a yearly contract with them, and you could call them anytime you had a problem and they would come out at no extra charge.

They sent out two servicemen to do the spraying on our house. They did a good job and kept our house safe from termites. They got the job done and were very thorough. The only bad thing was I tried to make a claim once about termite damage, and they wouldn't honor it or take care of it. It was not a huge problem, so I handled it but it was a bit of a hassle. They billed us every six months and come out every three months.

They didn't get rid of the bugs at all. I hired them after I got rid of another company that couldn't get the job done either. These guys failed and I feel that they were definitely not worth the money that I paid them.
